Under The Background Of Community Governance,social Work Involves In The Cultivation Of Community Social Organization

In the context of community governance,when guiding multiple subjects to participate in the process of community governance,community social organizations play an important synergistic role,which can reflect the demands of residents and assist the community to solve community problems to a considerable extent.At present,China attaches great importance to the development of community social organizations,and through social work involved in the cultivation of community social organizations to promote the improvement and growth of community social organizations.In January 2019,the Civil Affairs Bureau of Lixia District vigorously purchased community construction and governance innovation service projects,and the Jinan S Social Work Service Center undertook the implementation of the H community social work comprehensive governance project,which was also the first community construction governance service project in the H community.The author is a social worker of this project,planning and implementing the H community social work intervention community social organization cultivation project.This research is a discussion based on the project's practice,with a view to providing constructive suggestions for social work intervention in the cultivation of community social organizations.This research is divided into five chapters,the specific contents are as follows:Chapter One,the author mainly elaborate from the research background,domestic and foreign literature,concept definition and research methods.The second chapter is to sort out the current status and problems of the H community and community social organizations,and understand the current status and needs of the community social organization cultivation in the community.Chapter three,social work is involved in the practice process of social organization cultivation in H community.Aiming at the preliminary research situation,formulate an exclusive cultivation plan,conduct professional cultivation of community social organizations through the three-step strategy of "co-construction,co-governance,and sharing",and summarize the achievements and achievements of community social organization cultivation goals.In the fourth chapter,the author studies and analyzes the problems and dilemmas that social workers have in the process of cultivating community social organizations,and puts forward positive coping strategies.In the fifth chapter,the author summarizes and reflects on the research of community social organization cultivation research.The research shows that the practical dilemma of social work's involvement in the cultivation of community social organizations is mainly manifested in four aspects:first,the dilemma of policy support,mainly the lack of project support and resource support;second,the lack of awareness of community neighborhood committees and administrative intervention;third,the underdevelopment of community social organizations;fourth,the lack of professional ability and practical experience of social workers.The supervision of social work institutions is not in place.In view of these practical difficulties,the author will focus on how to strengthen the work of policy,community,community social organization and social work.First,social workers should actively advocate the support of policy resources that are conducive to the cultivation and development of community social organizations,increase the attractiveness of community social organizations for filing and registration,and seek project support from grassroots government departments;Second,social workers should strive for community neighborhood committees and The support of district units and community social organizations should strengthen community collaboration and cooperation;Third,social workers should strengthen the capacity building of community social organizations,guide them to improve the management system within the organization,and increase the publicity of community social organizations.Fourth,social workers must first strengthen their own capacity building,and pay attention to the summary and reflection of the work experience of community social organization cultivation.At the same time,social work organizations should strengthen professional training and supervision of social workers to improve the overall capability of the organization and prevent the loss of social work personnel.It is also necessary to give full play to the linkage of the four communities and to participate in community governance through the cooperation of multiple social forces to promote the harmonious development of communities and build a stable society.
