Reserch On Social Work Interwention In Improving Community Care Awareness Of Residents Relocated From Inhospitable Areas

Relocation is not only an important way of poverty alleviation in China,but also an effective means of targeted poverty alleviation.The implementation of the policy not only alleviates the population pressure in the relocated areas,but also lays a good foundation for the restoration and sustainable development of the ecological environment,which fundamentally solves the subsistence and development difficulties of the residents in the poor areas.At present,the focus of poverty alleviation work has been transferred to follow-up support.The construction and development of relocated communities is an important task,and residents are the indispensable backbone.Although the relocation of poverty alleviation in inhospitable areas has solved their economic poverty problem,the residents have not realized the change of identity in psychology in the face of the change of life field,and have a low awareness of community care,resulting in a lack of motivation for community construction.In this study,residents relocated from inhospitable areas in Q community were taken as the investigation objects,and various research methods such as observation and interview were used to explore the problems existing in the community care consciousness of this special group,and the causes were analyzed.The study found that residents’ awareness of community care has some problems,such as vague understanding of community,low attention to community affairs and poor interpersonal interaction.These problems may be due to subjective factors such as residents’ inadequate ability and the difficulty of changing traditional ideas,as well as objective factors such as lack of community interaction platform,lack of spiritual and cultural construction and imperfect management system.On this basis,this study combined community development theory and advantage perspective theory to design the intervention program of group work,and carried out 6 times of group activities,which were evaluated at the end.Through conduct group activities,this thesis aims to deepen the residents’ understanding of the community and prompt them to pay attention to the changes and events of the community;to strengthen neighborhood interaction and promote neighbors to get along with each other,respect each other,and be more tolerant;and to improve residents’ awareness of community care from the dimensions of caring for the community and caring for other members of the community.Finally,the author reflected from the perspective of professional level of social work,and proposed to optimize and integrate the services through the collaborative governance of “residents +community + social workers”.The research is expected to enhance the community care consciousness of the relocated residents in inhospitable areas in practice,summarize and accumulate the experience of social workers’ intervention in the construction of relocated communities,and help the solid promotion of follow-up support policies for the relocated residents,to enable the residents to truly respond to the policy of “moving out,settling in,and fitting in”,and jointly promote the development of communities.
