A Social Work Service Research On The Sense Of Belonging Of Relocated Migrants In Poverty Alleviation Under The Concept Of Community Construction

Since 2019,with the completion of the relocation of local poverty alleviation projects,the focus of work has gradually shifted to the follow-up support.In 2020,Guizhou Province will comprehensively promote the social work and voluntary service station work of new streets in relocation resettlement sites for poverty alleviation.In this context,this paper takes C Street relocation immigrants in Guizhou Province as the research object,from five aspects of life adaptation,identity,social interaction,community participation and community attachment,and finds that C Street relocation immigrants lack the sense of community belonging.In order to enhance the sense of belonging of the relocated immigrants,this study introduces the concept of community construction,and uses the methods of group work and community work to carry out the practical work of community construction in the three aspects of "people","culture" and "landscape".Through the establishment of the youth traffic police management team,the community volunteer service team and the development of the elderly mutual aid group,the relocated immigrants can change their life style and identity consciousness,cultivate their community subject consciousness and community participation consciousness,and feel the collective warmth and community belonging.Through the organization of ethnic handicraft group,folk song duet series activities and Ethnic Festival literary activities,we can create an active atmosphere of multi-ethnic culture in the community and awaken the memory of the hometown of the relocated immigrants.Through the construction of a safe and civilized environment in the community,the maintenance of the landscape with national characteristics,and the elegant demeanor of the folk song team and dance team,the relocated community will show a new beautiful landscape,and the relocated immigrants will enhance their sense of belonging in the community participation.Finally,we can achieve the change of relocation and the improvement of community environment,and put forward the improvement path through summary and reflection,consolidate the achievements of relocation and poverty alleviation,and broaden the field of social work participation in poverty alleviation.
