With the institutionalized development of corporate social work and the deepening of social construction in China,"social workers + volunteers" mode will form a system mechanism in all fields,and the development goal of corporate social workers is to help enterprises build corporate culture,undertake social responsibility,and achieve the common development of social work and enterprises.In the charity mode of "social workers + volunteers",the interaction between them is divided into conflict and cooperation.The conflict mainly comes from the difference of their roles,target orientation,value judgment,professional perspective and so on.Cooperation enables them to support and restrict each other.This study intends to use the interview method and participatory observation method to study the understanding of social workers and corporate volunteers on their own and each other’s roles in charity activities,and to interpret the interaction between the two sides.Although there are differences in the understanding of roles and problems,such as the information of enterprises,social workers and volunteers(enterprise employees sign up voluntarily),unclear norms,lack of prior training and post evaluation,etc.Only by giving full play to the professional and conscious role construction of social workers and doing well the volunteer team management together with the enterprise can we maximize the corporate charity utility of "social workers + volunteers". |
