Research On The Path Of Social Work Intervention In Fans Charity From The Perspective Of Asset-based

Xi Jinping,the General Secretary of China,proposed for the first time on The 10th meeting of the Central Committee for Financial and Economic Affairs that the three distributions are the fundamental institutional arrangement for achieving common prosperity,while charity is the main channel for implementing the three distributions.Common prosperity not only needs the increasement of economic wealth,but also needs the necessary social services.Social work can take on the role of a social service provider in the three distributions,actively participate in and promote public welfare and charity,carry out professional charity services,promote the three distributions,and help achieve common prosperity.With the popularity of the internet and the development of organized fan communities,fan public welfare support has become one of the main ways for fans to show their support to their idols.Fan public welfare,as a new force in the field of public welfare and charity,has great development potential due to its diverse forms of public welfare,broad development dimensions,and strong fundraising capabilities.However,fan public welfare also faces problems such as poor sustainability,lack of professionalism,and fundraising risks.Social work intervention in fan public welfare can effectively promote the normal,professional,and standardized development of fan public welfare by linking public welfare resources with professional skills,while also promoting social work to enter the public eye and explore new areas of social work services.Guided by the asset-based community development theory,this study uses an action research framework to focus on the assets,strengths,and capabilities of the fan community,carry out fan public welfare and charity activities,and improve the development capabilities of fan public welfare.Under the "social work+fans+public charity" model,a"demand-resource-service-feedback" path for social work intervention in fan public welfare is established,promoting multi-party interaction between fans,public welfare organizations,foundations,and social work,with the aim of promoting the sustainable development of fan public welfare.Through the "demand-resource-service-feedback" path under the guidance of the asset-based community development theory,social work intervenes in fan public welfare,effectively mining and integrating public welfare assets in the fan community,exploring public welfare leaders in the fan community,establishing fan community public welfare teams and guiding them to independently carry out public welfare activities,responding to public welfare needs in a way that is self-built by the fan community,and to some extent,solving problems such as poor sustainability,lack of professionalism,and low recognition of fan public welfare,promoting the sustainable development of fan public welfare.In the research process,the author deeply realizes that the development of fan public welfare is far from enough relying solely on the power of social work and requires joint efforts from the entire society to play the advantages of fan public welfare,promote the development of public welfare and charity,and help achieve common prosperity.
