A Practical Study Of Social Work Intervention In The Training Of Volunteers

In the urbanization process of city,the task of social governance at the grass-roots level is increasingly onerous due to the increasing diversity of population structure,industrial structure and organizational form,the complexity of interest relations,the decline of traditional cultural power network and other factors.The author draws lessons from the existing urban community governance experience and finds that social workers and volunteers play an extremely important role in it.Therefore,in this study,how do social workers in rural-urban fringe areas cultivate volunteers and carry out interaction with them?Is the core concern of the author.This study in urban-rural fringe areas of villages and towns in the process of the construction of social work station,which is based on social work to foster volunteer project,the author as a trainee social workers to the whole process of cultivation,to local volunteer service development present situation,existing problems and realistic demand in comprehensive analysis and evaluation,social workers use group working methods,design a series of training plan,With regional typicality of Y community for the pilot,a volunteer team,the cultivation of the volunteer team,achieving volunteers "from scratch,from scattered to unity",until the volunteer service to normal,the result evaluation found that social work intervention in urban-rural fringe community volunteer after cultivating,volunteer service team towards specialization,Service capacity improved significantly,the plight of social work "gate" by the volunteer force is solved,the innovation of community governance,However,there is still difficult to promote the cultivation mechanism of community volunteers in the urban-rural fringe,the positioning of social workstations in the cultivation work is not clear,and the role of social workers is chaotic,so the author put forward the social workers should be paid attention to cultivating volunteers should adjust measures to local conditions,to promote "social workers and volunteers" linkage mechanism construction,should build the complete effective volunteer management system and incentive mechanism three aspects,Combining theory with practice,this paper tries to explore a practical path for social workers to cultivate volunteers in urban and rural areas through practical research from the perspective of synergy theory and power culture network,and innovate grassroots community governance.The study found that in the process of urban-rural integration,community social workers train volunteers,and excavating volunteer captains is conducive to the development of volunteer service.Volunteer captains should pay attention to the absorption of talents in the process of training talents in rural society,combines volunteer personal goals and project goal form incentive mechanism can effectively promote volunteer service quality,Realizing the long-term service of volunteers needs to be transformed from other organizations to self-organizations.Shortcomings of research: there are various types of communities in rural-urban fringe,and a single typical community is taken as the pilot,which lacks universality of research.The author lacks professional methods and theoretical knowledge,and the research depth and breadth need to be further improved.
