With the rapid development of economy and the acceleration of urbanization process,the urban scope is expanding to the marginal areas,leading to some rural areas becoming the intermediary area between urban and rural areas,also known as the urban-rural junction.People in this area not only maintain some behavior habits of primitive farmers,but also under the influence of urban atmosphere.Whether in life quality or spiritual civilization,they are consciously closer to the city,which leads to a kind of "forced growth" status quo.Performance in education,not only all hope in the education of children,hope that their children can be used to become high-end talents in the society,but also unable to use the correct way of education to educate children,the heart is willing but the strength is insufficient.Children’s education cannot be separated from the resultant force of school and family,since it is the resultant force,the two are indispensable.Schools in the rural-urban integration area should not only do a good job in home-school cooperation,but also guide some parents to guide parents on how to cooperate with the school-home cooperation and how to educate their children into an all-round person.Because schools in urban and rural areas face more complex problems than schools in other areas.This needs a group of leading collectives and teachers with advanced ideas to carry out the work.This paper aims to study the current situation of home-school cooperation in primary schools in the rural-urban fringe,and put forward corresponding optimization suggestions in view of the problems existing in the development process.In terms of the research object,this paper chose the place the unit cieme area M a school to do research,specific analysis of the primary school of parent-school cooperative existing problems and reasons,and the literature of primary school in recent years,parent-school cooperative sorting,analysis,find out the commonness and individuality,parent-school cooperative dilemma to help the school put forward the optimization strategy of concrete,I also hope to make a modest contribution to the research of the home-school cooperation of the primary schools in the rural-urban fringe from a macro perspective.This paper mainly adopts literature research method,questionnaire survey method and case analysis method,selects 205 parents,34 teachers and 166 students from M Primary School in Jimo District to conduct a questionnaire survey,and interviews some teachers and middle management leaders of the school.Through the analysis and integration of the survey results,the main factors that hinder the home-school cooperation are summarized as follows: first,the complex structure of parents,second,the uneven quality of teachers,and third,the imperfect guarantee system of home-school cooperation.To solve such problems,we put forward relevant optimization suggestions.Firstly,we should organize multiple home-school activities according to the differences of parent groups.For example,reforming parents’ meeting,carrying out various forms and rich contents of special parents’ meeting,reasonably arranging parents’ Open Day,giving play to the role of parents’ committees at all levels.Secondly,teachers’ professional development should be promoted and training should be carried out systematically,such as improving teachers’ language communication ability and cooperation ability.Finally,the evaluation system of home-school cooperation should be improved,mainly to implement the plan and improve the evaluation system,so as to ensure the smooth establishment and standardized operation of home-school cooperation organizations.
