With the accelerated development on the process of integration of urban and rural, the geographical location of rural-urban fringe zone has become more and more special while the situation is getting more and more complicated. People’s life style and concept of value is also quietly changing there. Due to land requisition or zoning adjustment, some schools were merged, the students are becoming more complicated with the size of the school which has been scaled gets bigger.J school is a public junior high school in a rural-urban fringe zone, in 2007,it achieved the combination of three schools. Due to planning adjustments, the J school began to accept boarding students.Some of them are from peasant families whose land has been expropriated, others are children of migrant workers. The total number of them is nearly 1/3. The author takes J College as an example, which introduces the school management and how to help students cultivate their good habits.This paper is divided into five parts. The first part introduces the background and reasons of the student accommodation management implementation, it also introduces the research situation of domestic and foreign students. In this part, the author makes the definition of the core concept and puts forward the basic methods of research; Part Two describes the behavior characteristics of the J school students,It also shares some special cases. This part tries to give us understanding of the causes of bad behavior habits through questionnaires and interviews. In Part Three,the author focuses on how J School carries out the Refined Management to cultivate boarding students’ good habits. In view of actual situation of J School and the students, the author gives a deep thought about the achievements and existing problems. The last part introduces the further practice to promote students to develop good habits in J School.
