| The Ideological and Political Curriculum Standards for Regular Senior High Schools(2017 edition 2020 Revision)emphasizes that ideological and political courses should focus on the diversity and plasticity of senior high school students’ ideological activities and behavior methods,focus on improving teaching methods,encourage teachers to make full use of modern information technology,and expand educational resources and educational space in teaching.Therefore,in the ideological and political courses in high school,the application of mixed teaching based on MOOCs is not only the requirement of practicing the new curriculum standard concept,but also an important means to improve the teaching methods of ideological and political courses in high school.High school ideological and political courses based on MOOCs mixed teaching refers to the students before class online to learn MOOC and other digital resources,and in the classroom to consolidate and improve these learning resources,is the teaching of online teaching and face to face classroom teaching combining a teaching method,with time and traditional unity,autonomy and interaction,knowledge and interest,to realize high school ideological and political teaching resources sharing,improve students’ core accomplishment and deepen the high school ideological and political course teaching reform innovation is of great significance.Based on the characteristics of high school ideological and political subjects,teaching content,teaching objectives and the actual situation of teaching reform in the region,the four links of MOOCs-based hybrid teaching are defined: formulate teaching objectives,highlight students’ autonomy,implement teaching process,online and offline complementarity,conduct comprehensive mixed evaluation,conduct teaching reflection,and make up for the teaching shortcomings.XThrough the investigation,it is found that the current mixed teaching based on MOOCs has achieved some results in the application process: the recognition of teachers and students has been improved,and the frequency of the application of teachers and students has been increased.However,there are still some problems of difficulties in the collaborative knowledge construction of student groups,the slow improvement speed of teachers’ information teaching ability,the curriculum arrangement is not reasonable,the assessment and evaluation mechanism needs to be improved,and the weakening of the teaching guarantee system.The main reasons for these problems are: there are cognitive differences in student groups,teachers are influenced by traditional teaching concepts,the lack of relevant teaching training in schools,the restriction of traditional teaching evaluation system,and the lack of the guiding role of relevant systems.In view of the problems and reasons analyzed in the application of mixed teaching based on ideological and political courses in high schools,the optimization strategies are put forward from the following five aspects: First,and the collaborative knowledge construction mode of student groups is constructed.Demand prediction,be familiar with students’ knowledge construction;online distribution,form a learning activity collaboration group;data collection,and implement heterogeneous grouping within student groups.Second,to train a comprehensive development of the team of teachers.Teachers change their role cognition,adapt to adapt to the new identity of multiple integration;improve information technology literacy,realize the comprehensive development of theory and technology;innovate curriculum teaching design,and help good precision education in the era of big data.Third,we will improve the scientific and effective organizational system.Optimize the operation steps of the teaching platform;make reasonable arrangement,balance the online and offline teaching structure;make careful planning,and coordinate the online and offline teaching mode.Fourth,the establishment of a multidimensional and three-dimensional assessment and evaluation system.Teachers,students and parents unite,supported by information technology,comprehensive evaluation content,and diversified evaluation methods based on teaching platform.Fifth,the formation of a multi-party linkage guarantee mechanism.Improve teacher incentive mechanism,store teaching data;build network learning platform and share teaching resources;improve the system guarantee mechanism to ensure standardized operation. |
