Under the background of "Internet +" era, in order to make the higher education adapt to the advent of the era with big data, and the impact of the massive online classroom,optimizing ideological and theoretical classroom efficiency greatly, we need to constantly innovate ideological and theoretical education teaching methods. "MOOC" as a brand new network teaching mode,has its unique advantage, is to promote education with an important achievement of teaching reform and innovation. "MOOC" is committed to the core concept of realization from global high quality education resources sharing,with deep fusion between modern education and information technology, encouraging the general colleges and universities teachers’ teaching methods, students’ study styles to achieve multiple innovation.Secondly, "MOOC" is a vitality classroom, from teaching form, the teacher’s role, and even the way of evaluation criterion have huge difference. "MOOC" can take it better in showing "students as the main role,teacher as the leading role" idea,and way better stimulate students learning initiative and autonomy and cultivate students’ ability of independent thinking, to explore the problems,which has important practical significance of the improvement and innovation of ideological theory course teaching.Large scale,openness,unstructured and autonomy are the four basic characteristics for "MOOC",greatly widen the space of ideological and theoretical classroom teaching.The authorhas described five elements in detail of the thought and theory for teaching in the article, namely the study of micro video learning, classroom teaching,problem discussing and learning team, test and evaluation, teaching evaluation and feedback mechanism, which provides teachers in colleges and universities a operation process for class teaching.Secondly,the author also have summarized four kinds of class teaching evaluation feedback mechanism, diagnostic evaluation and value evaluation, evaluation of their own progress, organize quality evaluation.Finally, the author also made a comparison of "MOOC" from traditional classroom,and it will be greatly shows the unique advantages of application in the ideological and theoretical lesson for classroom teaching.At the request of the new concept curriculum reform, the education needs sustainable development.Ideological and theoretical course combined with "MOOC",has significance to strengthen the ideological and political discipline construction and promote the process of teaching reform of ideological and political education.Through social investigation and analysis the author has comprehensively concluded the current basic situation of the ideological theory application in "MOOC",namely about teachers and students’ understanding of the lesson for ideas, curriculum resources usage,classroom teaching ability in the teachers’ processing,the reason of "MOOC" accept difficult and the influence factors of micro video production, summed up the lesson for ideological theory course in colleges and universities in the process of the application of the main problems, including the concept, propaganda way, teacher level,evaluation method and the video quality.Aiming at problems above,the author thinks it should take actions by following ways: first, vigorously promote "MOOC" idea; Second, developing the thought and theory resources for curriculum;Third,continue perfecting the supervision mechanism theory for class teaching in colleges and universities. "MOOC" in university classroom teaching have to critically inherit and innovate unceasingly on the basis of traditional teaching,and engaging each link of the connotation,principles, steps and value pursuit with definition and supplement.In the ideological and theoretical lesson for application, "MOOC" will inevitably bring some ideological and cultural security problem,and must meet the challenge for class development actively along with the positive education reform.The author thought that it should be from following aspects:first, establish "MOOC" trend monitoring mechanism and innovation of class thought leading system; Second,widen education teaching horizon,achieving "All four in one"; Third,realize combination of theory and practice, pay attention to the state, society and schools collaborative innovation.
