| "Students with learning difficulties" is a large group that must be faced in the current education and teaching,and it is the inevitable product of the development of education.As a grass-roots teacher of rural high school,the author has long-term educational practice experience and deeply feels that there are still many imperfections in rural high school education.As the badly hit area of "students with learning difficulties",rural high schools are mainly related to the environment of school education,teachers’ teaching quality,family education concept and other factors in rural areas.Therefore,it has practical significance and theoretical value to deeply understand the learning situation of students with learning difficulties in rural high school,explore the various reasons for the existence of students with learning difficulties,and then study and formulate effective educational countermeasures.In order to effectively help students with learning difficulties in rural high school,it is necessary to put forward targeted educational countermeasures based on actual investigation and analysis.Therefore,the author took X Middle School in Chaoyang District of Shantou city as an example,investigated and analyzed through a variety of research methods,and finally put forward practical educational countermeasures.The author’s research is only a drop in the ocean about the study of rural high school students with learning difficulties,and there are still some immature places,hoping to bring some enlightenment to the work of rural high schools and educators.This paper is divided into four parts.The first chapter expounds the definition of relevant concepts and the theoretical basis of the research,which mainly defines the concept of "students with learning difficulties",“rural high school”and“students with learning difficulties”.Meanwhile,this chapter seeks theoretical support for the analysis of the causes of learning difficulties of students in rural high school and the research of educational countermeasures.And the second chapter mainly investigates the current situation of students with learning difficulties in rural high school from the perspective of practice.It mainly selects X Middle School in Chaoyang City of Shantou as an example using methods of interviewing,case study and questionnaire survey.The investigation is conducted from four aspects including students with learning difficulties themselves,school,family and society,and the conclusion is drawn based on the analysis of the survey data and the interview results.The third chapter elaborates the main characteristics and causes of the students with learning difficulties in rural high schools.It mainly summarizes the characteristics and causes of the students with learning difficulties based on the actual investigation and analysis of the previous chapter.The fourth chapter describes the educational countermeasures to improve the learning effect of rural high school students with learning difficulties.This part is mainly based on the analysis of the causes of learning difficulties in the previous chapter,and with reference to the successful case of X Middle School in Chaoyang District,Shantou City,the educational countermeasures are put forward from different perspectives,which consist of creating positive growing environment,guiding student to cultivate positive motivations,and leading students to develop good learning habits so as to solve the leaning difficulties. |
