| The healthy growth and development of students are inseparable from the cooperation of family education and school education.In the communication and cooperation between family and school,both sides complement each other’s weaknesses,enhance their strengths,form a joint force of education,and provide a positive educational influence for the development of students.It is an inevitable requirement for improving the quality of school education and giving full play to the function of family education to promote the home-school connection and realize the effective cooperation between family education and school education.China is a big agricultural country,rural education is an important part of education.At present,the rural school education and family education seriously disjointed,the frequency of home-school contact with the increase of children’s learning stage presents a state of decline,especially in high school,the frequency of home-school contact is very low.It is well known that both home-schooling and home-schooling are detrimental to the healthy growth of adolescents.The present situation of rural home-school connection shows that the current home-school cooperation in rural high schools is lagging behind and needs to be changed urgently.Based on the current situation of home-school cooperation in J middle school,this paper analyzes the existing problems of home-school cooperation in J middle school,and puts forward improvement strategies for home-school cooperation in rural high schools under the guidance of home-school cooperation theory.This paper adopts literature research method,questionnaire survey method,interview research method and case study method,based on the theory of home-school cooperation,from the understanding of home-school cooperation,cooperation form,cooperation content,cooperation effect and other aspects to investigate the current situation of J middle school home-school cooperation.In the survey,it is found that the main problems of the current rural high school home-school cooperation are unclear social rules and regulations,the family material and cultural foundation is weak and the education subject is absent,the interaction frequency and participation level of home-school cooperation is low,the content of home-school cooperation is limited,and the form of cooperation is single.The reasons for the problems of home-school cooperation include four aspects: society,school,family and teachers,such as imperfect home-school cooperation system and organization,closed school management system and unclear orientation,low education level of rural families,inadequate home-school cooperation ability of teachers and so on.Firstly,the society should perfect the policies and regulations of home-school cooperation,establish the organization,management and supervision system of home-school cooperation,and provide strong support for home-school cooperation.Second,the school should establish a sound home-school cooperation mechanism.To be specific,schools should actively build cooperative partnership with parents,scientifically promote the institutionalized operation of home-school cooperation,enrich the forms of home-school cooperation,innovate the guidance mode of family education by multiple measures,and integrate home-school cooperation into the teacher work assessment mechanism.Thirdly,the effective participation of rural parents in home-school cooperation should be promoted through the renewal of the concept of home-school cooperation,the improvement of the ability of home-school cooperation and the reversal of the concept of utilitarian education.Fourthly,the ability of rural teachers to carry out effective home-school cooperation should be improved from the two aspects of clarifying the responsibilities of both sides and jointly setting educational goals and enhancing the home-school cooperation ability of rural teachers. |
