Along with the development of human civilization, education is more and more concerned. The family, the school and other background factors are very important to the development of education. Chinese Research on home-school cooperation has experienced for years. Schools in cities are paying more attention to Home-School Cooperation implementation in the process of education in schools, and according to the theory of experts and combined with the actual school, they have formed a preliminary approach to home-school. Home-school cooperation as a kind of education idea is gradually for people to understand and accept, and into the great educational practice. It has become a hot topic of school education in rural areas. But because of the economic, cultural, resulting in significant differences between urban and rural education, city and rural parents not only in family education concept, methods have obvious difference, but also the way in cooperation in the home-school concept also have many differences. Many rural middle schools practice it, but they have less summarize and less theory. Most of them still stay in the original level, such as, lack of system thinking.This paper takes Jiangyin XX Middle School as an example. It is based on empirical research and questionnaire research and uses XX rural middle school in Jiangyin as the research object. This paper is discussed from two aspects of theory and practice in rural middle schools home-school cooperation in order to study the present situation and analyze the problems of rural middle schools in Jiangyin. Here are the problems. Schools and parents don’t pay enough attention, the ways of home-school cooperation are not various and so on. The reasons are schools and teachers are the blind pursuit of enrollment rate under the exam oriented education, the concept of education of the parents in rural schools are old and so on. In this paper, the writer tries to present some new ways of home-school cooperation. First, schools can reform the ways of parents meeting, set up "parents school" and hold "the parents open day" to strength the home-school cooperation. Second, teachers can strength training to update the concept of education, master the communication skills, guide the parents by having parents meetings and "parents school" to change their formal concept of education and teach them the right ways of education. The purpose of the paper is trying to put forward a new cooperation in rural schools in Jiangyin through a serious of analysis.
