With the development of the Internet,the sharing economy,as a new type of business,subverts the business model of the traditional economy,which improves the effective use of social resources and allows people to see more possibilities of sharing.The reflection of the sharing economy in the fitness industry is the advent of shared fitness warehouse.The emergence of shared fitness warehouses helps to solve the problems of substandard outdoor fitness environment,long distance of gyms,and high cost of traditional gyms.While effectively integrating outdoor idle fitness resources,it reduces the threshold for mass fitness.Therefore,the shared fitness warehouse not only improves the economic benefits of the fitness industry,but also promotes the implementation of the concept of healthy China.However,there are many problems in the development of shared fitness warehouses,such as low level of intelligence,insufficient operation and promotion,insufficient core competitiveness of products,insufficient degree of specialization of project teams,and single product design.These will strictly hinder the development of shared fitness warehouses,so it is worthwhile to deeply analyze the root of the problems and solve these problems.Therefore,this research will analyze the current situation and mode of shared fitness warehouse operation,and focus on the reasons for its problems,and then propose effective improvement strategies.First of all,on the basis of analyzing the existing theoretical literature of the sharing economy,this paper studies the development status and advantages of shared fitness warehouses.Then,the market positioning is analyzed according to the STP theory,and the current situation of the shared fitness warehouse operation is specified from the macro environment and the industry environment,so as to further analyze the problems in the operation process of the shared fitness warehouse,including insufficient online correlation,the lack of diverse projects leads to insufficient ability of customers to create value and untimely equipment maintenance.Finally,correspondingly,this paper proposes relevant strategies from the three aspects of customer relevance,brand awareness and platform professional construction,in order to solve the current defects in the operation of shared fitness warehouses,which provide a certain reference for the development of shared fitness warehouses. |
