As a hot word in today’s society,"fitness sports" has frequently appeared in the ears of the public,and it has become a part of the lives of most urban people.The public’s fitness needs have promoted the development of commercial fitness,but it is encountered problems and pain points that the traditional commercial fitness model has large fixed costs and very strong geographical limitations,and that it is difficult to guarantee the customer experience.The operation of fitness clubs is deteriorating and customer satisfaction is declining.The industry urgently needs breakthrough changes to change the status quo.At present,in the domestic fitness market,customers need to purchase a membership card to become a member of a fitness club before they can choose fitness coaches within the club to teach for them.Meanwhile some emerging fitness studios do not require customers to apply for a membership card,however,the number of coaches in the studio is limited,which is not enough to support the personalized fitness needs of clients,making it difficult for fitness clients to match suitable fitness coaches,and the quality of course execution is also affected.The business model of the E-Fit fitness platform is based on the status quo of the industry.The role of the industry is split,and venue service providers(property users)and fitness service providers(fitness coaches)are separated,so that customers can directly use the internet platform to link to the fitness coaches,and then choose an offline venue to perform fitness courses.The purpose is to use the O2 O model to remove intermediate commercial links,release industry resources,reduce the cost of fitness customers,and provide an open fitness course business model.In order to verify the feasibility of the E-Fit fitness platform entrepreneurial plan,this article first reviewed a large number of related documents on "sharing economy","Internet + fitness" and "entrepreneurial plan",and provided a theoretical background for the full text of the demonstration.The strategic direction of the project was obtained through environmental analysis,and the corresponding marketing strategy was formulated.The operation plan was formulated in combination with the resources of the E-Fit fitness platform.Then,the feasibility of the project was confirmed through financial analysis.Finally,the risk analysis and the corresponding coping strategies were sorted out to ensure the smooth landing and healthy development of the E-Fit fitness platform project. |
