With the progress of society and the development of the Internet,the shared economy,as a new form of innovation,has subverted the business model of the traditional economy and improved the effective use of social resources.At the same time,people have seen more possibilities for sharing and produced many shared products.Following shared homes,shared bicycles,shared cars,shared chargers,and shared umbrellas,a new type of shared product,the shared fitness warehouse,has emerged.A number of policies related to the development of sports have been put forward,especially the implementation of the 2008 concept of a healthy China,which has made the development of sports more and more important in major cities and regions of the country,and the emergence of shared fitness warehouses has injected new vitality into sports for the whole people.It promotes the development of sports in China and has far-reaching significance for the construction of a new type of sports society.Taking the shared economy as the theoretical basis,this paper analyzes the environment for the rise and development of shared fitness warehouses in the context of healthy China by means of literature,case analysis,investigation and SWOT analysis.To explore the shortcomings of the early promotion of shared fitness warehouse,the bottleneck of initial development and its causes,and to analyze the opportunities and challenges of shared fitness warehouse based on the characteristics of different development stages of shared fitness warehouse,and put forward corresponding promotion strategies.In order to provide some reference for the in-depth promotion of national fitness.Through the investigation and analysis,this paper mainly draws the following conclusions:First,by analyzing the impact of the shared economy on sport for all in the context of healthy China,and taking the shared economy as a basisfor the development of shared cycling,It is concluded that the emergence of shared gym mainly includes the related healthy Chinese concept and the development of new media.Second,through the research on the development status of shared fitness storage,it is concluded that the shared fitness storage has low product visibility in the early stages of development,and its own technology and equipment are incomplete.Mainly faced with insufficient promotion,unable to meet the diversified needs of the target groups,the service objects are tidal phenomenon in three aspects,user satisfaction can not be improved;Third,through the use of SWOT analysis method,from the advantages,disadvantages,threats,opportunities,four aspects of the shared fitness warehouse in the development period of opportunities and challenges,including enterprises,users and government;Fourth,by analyzing the development strategies of shared fitness warehouses in the four different periods of development,growth,maturity and decline,we will start from the target people.This paper puts forward the relevant development strategies such as implementing strategic layout,enhancing user experience,building diversified media communication,promoting equipment and service innovation,and expanding cooperation channels.
