| As the size of universities are expanding,, the number of poor student is increasing.How to figure out the poor among all the students objectively and accurately is always a challenge of the student management department.The traditional way of evaluation is based on the student declaims himself,and utilize the other students' and teachers' judgement as assistant.This method of evaluation is depended on factitious facts too much, so this result of that kind of evaluation is subjective and inaccurate. How to establish an objective and accurate evaluating system, utilizing modern information technology to establish an intelligent information system in order to analyse students's economy status objectively and accurately is becoming a flashing new subject.Business Intelligence is a booming domain.It includes many technologies, comprising data warehouse, data mining, on-line analysis process, client relationship management and Web technology. Business Intelligence focuses on how to utilize the historical data of an organization in order to understand the organization's and its people's behavior, so that we can improve the performance of the organization at last.As the time goes by, business intelligence is used in many organizations, including governments, enterprises, hospitals and so on. We can utilize the theories and techniques of business intelligence to construct a information system, with which we can analyse students's economy status.This paper is divided into two parts.The first part makes a particular research of the the economy status analyzing and constructs a whole evaluate indexes and mathematics modeles.In the second part,we design a business-intelligence-based economy status analyze system and model the data warehouse detailedly.Also we design the presentation layer and give a J2EE-based web application model and implement the muti- dimension analyse part.In the end ,we have a well-designed and usable information system.
