| The physical and mental health of left-behind children in rural areas has always been a social focus.Compared with rural children living with their parents,the tendency of mobile phone addiction of left-behind children in rural areas who are separated from their parents is more obvious.Mobile phone addiction not only has a negative impact on the physical and psychological health of left-behind children in rural areas,but also has problems such as school weariness and interpersonal barriers.Severe mobile phone addiction may even affect the life development direction of left-behind children in rural areas.Nowadays,the problem of mobile phone addiction of left-behind children in rural areas is becoming more and more serious,and all walks of life are also very concerned and attached importance to it.Social work has been devoted to helping others to help themselves,and we should give full play to the advantages of social work to contribute to solving the problem of mobile phone addiction of left-behind children in rural areas.This study is mainly carried out from two parts: the first part is an empirical study on the influence mechanism of mobile phone addiction of rural left-behind children;The second part is the intervention of group work based on empirical research.According to the family system theory and self-determination theory,in the empirical research part,the author selected three variables: parent-child relationship,satisfaction of basic psychological needs and intentional self-regulation to explore the impact mechanism of mobile phone addiction.Using the questionnaire method to collect the relevant data of mobile phone addiction of the left-behind children in rural areas,and analyzing them through SPSS 24.0,this paper explores the relationship among parent-child relationship,satisfaction of basic psychological needs,intentional self-regulation and mobile phone addiction.It is found that there is a significant negative correlation between parent-child relationship and mobile phone addiction of rural left-behind children.The satisfaction of basic psychological needs plays an intermediary role in the influence of parent-child relationship on mobile phone addiction of left-behind children in rural areas;Intentional self-regulation can adjust the influence of parent-child relationship on the satisfaction of basic psychological needs,and can also adjust the influence of parent-child relationship on mobile phone addiction later,but it cannot adjust the influence of basic psychological needs on mobile phone addiction.The research results based on the influence mechanism of mobile phone addiction of left-behind children in rural areas provided a basis for the implementation of this group work.Therefore,the author selected 8 students with mild or above mobile phone addiction in X Primary School as practical research objects.Combined with the conclusion of empirical research,six group activities of “Fate is you,let us know each other” “Why immerse,establish correct cognition” “Face up to the left-behind and feel the affection” “My goal,I’ll finish it.” “Put down the phone and pick up the friendship” “Consolidate achievements and embrace the future” were designed and implemented.This paper tries to improve the relationship between left-behind children in rural areas and their parents by promoting parent-child communication,improving left-behind children’s goal selection and optimization ability,expanding interpersonal network,and improving the intentional self-regulation level and basic psychological satisfaction level of left-behind children in rural areas,so as to further improve the problem of mobile phone addiction of left-behind children in rural areas.After the implementation of the project,social workers evaluated the group process and intervention effect.According to the scores of mobile phone addiction scale,the level of mobile phone addiction of 8 members was significantly lower than that before the intervention,which indicates that the intervention effect of group social work on mobile phone addicts is good. |
