The fact that the head teachers have a lot of work stress is all agreed.Especially in the past two years,the continuous repetition of the epidemic and the introduction of the ‘double reduction’ policy have brought unprecedented challenges to the head teachers.Reducing the excessive work stress of the head teachers,improving their sense of happiness and satisfaction,is conducive to the physical and mental health and personality shaping of students.As the research object,the primary school head teachers in Longhua District,Shenzhen were focused on by this paper,through the "Work Stress Questionnaire of Primary School Head Teacher",and through interviews with the primary school head teachers and the administrative staff of the education department,to explore the actual work stress of primary school head teachers from the perspective of stress sources and stress response,and to explore the countermeasures and methods of stress management.The survey results show that the work stress of primary school head teachers is generally higher,and student problems and social problems have the highest scores among the stressors;teaching age is highly correlated with the work stress of head teachers,and the lower the teaching age,the greater the stress index;no significant correlation was found between the two,and the coping style did not change with the increase or decrease of the stressors.The basic stress management of primary head teachers is to establish a unified as well as efficient management system,optimize the intelligent platform,reduce formal inspection and evaluation to reduce the stress source of the head teacher.The establishment of stress management system through the implementation of stress management training and strengthening mechanism,incorporate stress into the school assessment category.Paying highly attention to the professional development of the head teacher,multivariate evaluation of the head teacher and students so that the head teachers will transform the stress into motivation. |
