As our country’s economy gradually shows the "two-wheeled" driving pattern of investment and consumption upgrades that drives economic growth,the Chinese families’ consumption,investment,and wealth management demand has grown rapidly.The retail banking business is the focus of numerous commercial banks,with incomplete statistics indicating that more than 70% of wealth management managers are female,and in Gansu province’s A Bank branches,this figure can reach as high as85%.Stress not only affects the female managers’ physical and mental health and work performance,but also is closely related to the entire retail industry,which is particularly important for banks’ sustainable development.This article investigates the stress status and management countermeasures of female managers at the A bank in Gansu province,utilizing work stress source models and management related theory.The article first introduces the female managers’ stress situation,and then through questionnaires,interviews,and other methods,reveals the female managers’ main stress sources,including job stress,low compensation,lack of incentives,interpersonal stress,limited advancement opportunities,personal factors and the cognitive differences.Interviews of some female managers reveal problems in the current stress management system: in specific,superficial,and lack of stress management structure.Richardson,Rothstein,and others’ Level 3 Theory of Stress Management Interventions in the Workplace,when combined with the A Bank of Communications’ Development Background in Gansu Province,the Management Present Situation,Personal Factors,Job Factors,and Organizational Factors,has been developed to be suitable for Wealth Managers of A Bank in Gansu Province,Women Pressure Tertiary System,and the Implementation of Security Management.Through the stress management of the women’s wealth management managers in the A Bank Gansu Branch,it will help the stability of the women’s wealth management manager team and enhance the development of the organization.Investigating the issues of enhancing human resources management can be beneficial in enhancing the contentment of female staff,enhancing the ethical and professional conduct of female financial management directors,stabilizing other personnel,and effectively utilizing the incentive part of human resource management.The development of the overall business of the provincial branch.It is hoped that through the research of this article,we can enrich and expand the theories related to the work pressure management of the bank’s front-line marketing female employees,and provide direction and ideas for more in-depth research in the future.
