Research On The Teacher's Work Pressure Of Group Work Relief In Private Institutions

With the rapid development of domestic economy and the transformation of social structure, the competition between enterprises is fierce, while, talent is the core competitiveness of enterprises' survival and development, and the knowledge,qualifications and skills are often the standards for companies to choose talents, so the large environment spawned the rapid development of education and training industry. At present,the education and training industry has been recognized as one of the sunrise industries and the most promising industries, and the huge market is also accompanied by fierce competition, which made the teachers of private education and training institutions are mostly under great pressure. Work pressure is too large and they cannot get timely relief, which will not only cause harm to the individual body and mind, but will also affect work efficiency of the individual teacher, so it ,will bring obstacles to the enterprise's development.In this paper,we take the H education and training institutions in Shenyang as an example and analyze the current situation of the teachers' work pressure. And we select 10 representative teachers, using group working methods in social work to help them to relieve their work pressure. Through group activities to help the team to face the pressure of work and symptoms, and lead the team members to recognize their own advantages and capabilities, and to assist the team members to explore the surrounding social support network,so that the team members have learned skills to prevent excessive job stress on the body such as cervical spondylosis. According to the evaluation results, it is proved that the method of group working intervention is effective to relieve the pressure of work and enhance the ability of coping with stress, which has a significant effect on the work stress of teachers in education and training industry.Because of the pressure of the employees, the problems are similar and group,therefore, the use of group working methods of enterprise social work to help them to solve the problem has its obvious advantages, and the group working methods can be used as an effective management method for the employee pressure problem.
