In such an era of fierce competition,primary school education is more and more widely concerned by society.Primary school is the first stage for children to receive compulsory education,and the most direct educator is the class teacher.The work of teacher in charge of the work is large and small,trivial and complicated,shouldering the important task of enlightenment education.Therefore,the work pressure of primary school teachers is universal.However,the primary school teachers have a butterfly transformation process,are from the "new" class teacher.The new class teacher has just entered a new working environment,a lot of things are not very suitable,this is a gradual process.Therefore,as a new primary school teacher,the pressure of work is more natural.In this paper,several primary school in Huludao Lianshan district as an example,with a new head teacher as the research object,through to the Huludao lianshanqu primary school new head teacher questionnaire,interview and on-the-spot investigation,research on this topic.This paper is divided into five parts: the first part is the introduction,from the selected topic basis,research status at home and abroad,research methods and research significance of the four aspects of writing.The first part is the investigation of the current situation of the work pressure of the new teachers in Huludao.Through the questionnaire,interview,from the new teacher in charge of the physical condition,working environment,work content and work to understand the situation of four aspects.The second part is the performance of primary school teachers.The new teacher in charge of the work pressure is mainly manifested in: the breeding of occupational diseases;to increase the frequency of personalized situation and reduce the sense of accomplishment.In the third part,the author analyzes the causes of the work pressure from the new teacher's own reasons,management reasons,professional reasons and social reasons.The last part puts forward the improvement strategy from four aspects.The first is the new teacher in charge of their own,establish the correct career ideal,improve their quality.Followed by the students.Take the student as this,pays attention to each student in the class.Parents again.Home school communication to maintain smooth,adequate external support.Finally,school.Assessment and evaluation mechanism is the key to optimize the evaluation mechanism,to create a good working environment.I hope the results can cause the social attention from all walks of life of the new teacher this group of teachers,work pressure on new teachers;the proposed countermeasures,hoping to provide some reference for solving the new class work pressure.At the same time,we also hope that under the joint efforts of all sectors of society,gradually and completely reduce the work pressure of the new primary school teachers.
