Research On The Application Of Group Cooperation In Primary School Class Management

In today’s actively advocating education reform,the past class management model has obviously been difficult to adapt to the current situation of class and classroom.At the present stage,only the class management mode of group cooperation that can give full play to the main role of students and improve the effect of class management,class cohesion and students’ cooperation ability can match the current status of class and classroom.And in the primary school stage is the most critical period for the cultivation of students’ behavior habits and abilities.Through the development of group cooperation and class management activities,students can not only grow physically and mentally through correct guidance,but also guide and support students to establish correct outlook on life and values.This study K primary school as the research object,the A class based on the concept of humanism theory,group dynamics and under the background of the concept of social interdependence,through the form of questionnaire investigation and interview,classroom management using the team cooperation,on the students’ interest in intimacy,learning and helping each other cooperation consciousness,class management and operation were measured before and after comparison and analysis,the following conclusions: First,through group cooperation to carry out class management activities can reasonably and effectively enhance the effect of class management,can promote students’ communication,cooperation,mutual help will enhance.Second,this method can enhance the cohesion of class collective students,improve the intimacy between students.Thirdly,this method can effectively improve students’ cooperation ability,cultivate and improve students’ team spirit and cooperative consciousness.But through practice activities,also found some shortcomings,such as the lack of a certain group between the benign competition,team members do not obey leader management,team management guidance problems such as lack of specification,and put forward concrete Suggestions to solve above problems: to set up correct cooperative competition consciousness,attaches great importance to the team leader rotation system class management,standardization of group work.This study takes "group cooperative management" as the research perspective,selects primary school classes as the research object,and further excavates the potential educational value and application space of group cooperative class management,which may be innovative to some extent.At the same time,the results of this study may provide some suggestions for primary school class management.
