Research On Employment Service System Of Graduates Of Jiangxi Technical Colleges Under The Background Of Digital Economy

In 2021,the 14 th Five-Year Plan has called for vigorously developing the digital economy to promote high-quality development of China’s economy.As a rising province in the central region,Jiangxi province has listed the development of the digital economy as the first development project to promote the digitalization and digital industrialization of industries.Technical colleges as an important place to cultivate high-quality skilled personnel,the construction of employment service system for graduates in Jiangxi technical colleges under the background of the digital economy is conducive to the improvement of employment quality of graduates,which helps to achieve stable and sustainable high-quality development of a healthy society.Based on the investigation by the management office of technical colleges of Jiangxi Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security and the visit of Jiangxi Technical colleges,this paper expounded on the current situation of employment services for technical college graduates in Jiangxi Province,This paper analyzed the problems of employment service for technical college graduates in Jiangxi province under the background of the digital economy,such as imperfect employment service system,lack of vocational guidance,inadequate integration of digital technology and course teaching,and lagging construction of information network platform.To solve the problems of employment services for technical college graduates in Jiangxi province under the background of the digital economy,this paper constructed the employment service system index of technical college graduates in Jiangxi Province under the background of the digital economy.Through the questionnaire and data collected,this paper conducted confirmative factor analysis on the questionnaire data using SPSS21.0software as well as AMOS21.0 software and empirically proved that the employment service system of technical college graduates in Jiangxi Province had a relatively good internal structure under the background of the digital economy.Finally,this paper used the analytic hierarchy process to assign index weight to employment service system of technical college graduates in Jiangxi Province under the background of the digital economy.According to the result of weight assignment,this paper put forward suggestions for the existing problems in the mechanic college employment service for graduates,such as establishing employment system in detail,building an up-to-date vocational guidance system,optimizing the integration of digital technology and course teaching as well as setting up perfect,efficient and accurate employment service platform.
