The Research On Employment Service System For Graduates Of Technical Colleges At Undergraduate Level

The development of technical education at undergraduate level (TEUL) is just for a short period in our country, but its graduates, which are technicians, are accepted and approved by society and the employees gradually. Graduates’employment does not only concerns about one person or one family, but also closely related to the development of society and economy in our country. And right now, China is under a transforming process, the labor market development of China is slow and the pressure of graduates employment issue is heavier, and the current situation of the employment service system couldn’t meet the demands of employment service.The employment quality of graduates at TEUL is really needed to be researched.This essay uses the theoretical guidelines of Complex Adaptive System(CAS), employment theory and new public management theory, to explore the ability characteristics of the TEUL,and analysis the structure of employment service system for TEUL, And the main contents are as followings:Part One, basic research on theory and concept definition. It fundaments a special background for the structure of employment service system for TEUL. Part Two, study on current situation. It discusses the ability characteristics of TEUL, and at the same time, knowing the employment expect, employment situation and the school employment guidance in TEUL’s students by questionnaire and interview. Part Three, structuring the model of employment service system for TEUL. This system is made up by government, colleges and universities graduates, job market and employers. And the aim is to optimize the use of systematic structure.As one of the earliest practitioners of technical education at Undergraduate level(TEUL), the graduates of Shanghai Dian ji University have been worked for four years, and it accumulated valuable experiences in employment service based on deeply practice. So taking it’s graduates as study object will lead people to have a deepen understanding of the TEUL’S employment service system and provide well examples for them.
