| "One school with one feature" sports school is under the policy background of "On Strengthening School Physical Education to Promote Students’ Physical and Mental Health and All-round Development",and is committed to solving the problem of primary and secondary school students in my country who have not mastered a sports skill during the nine-year compulsory education.In order to cultivate students’ interest in physical exercise,improve students’ physical health,develop the habit of lifelong physical exercise,establish and improve the development model of school sports projects,and then create a school sports brand.This paper uses the methods of literature,questionnaires,interviews,field visits,mathematical statistics and other research methods to investigate and study the primary schools in Guangzhou that carry out the "one school with one feature" sports characteristic project,and use factor analysis to analyze the data.After statistics and processing,four common factors were extracted and named as policy system factor,atmosphere factor,teacher factor and logistical support factor.Combined with the specific situation of each school,it was analyzed and sorted out,and corresponding improvement countermeasures were put forward.Studies indicate:1.The characteristic sports of primary schools with "one school with one feature" in Guangzhou are widely distributed;the implementation forms of special sports projects are diversified,and some schools have also developed a trend of "one school with multiple products";The physical education teachers in primary schools with "one school with one feature" sports characteristic primary school have high academic qualifications and a reasonable teaching age structure;most of the students in “one grade in one school,one grade” physical education characteristic primary school in Guangzhou have enough time to participate in physical exercise every day,which can meet the goal and requirement of "one hour of exercise per day".2.In some primary schools with "one school with one feature" sports characteristics,the physical education teachers are not well-equipped,resulting in excessive workload of physical education teachers;there is a lack of professional physical education teachers in characteristic projects;the formulation of school-based curriculum lacks uniqueness;some schools have insufficient venue facilities,The enthusiasm of students to exercise is not high;the role of family education is lacking,and the cooperation between home and school needs to be improved and strengthened.3.Through the principal component analysis of the factor analysis method,it is concluded that the policy orientation factor,the atmosphere factor,the teacher factor and the logistical support factor are the main factors that affect the development of "one school with one feature" in primary school sports in Guangzhou.In view of the above existing problems and combined with the results of factor analysis,this paper proposes the following development strategies: 1.Optimize institutional support;2.Strengthen home-school cooperation;3.Strengthen teacher construction;4.Strengthen logistics support. |
