| In 2019,the Ministry of Education pointed out in the "Opinions on Strengthening Education and Scientific Research in the New Era" Chinese that it is necessary to encourage and support primary and secondary school teachers to enhance their awareness of scientific research,actively participate in education and teaching research activities,and continuously deepen their understanding of the regularity of education and teaching reform.In response to the national policy,in August 2021,the People’s Government of Guangdong Province issued the Action Plan for Promoting the High-quality Development of Basic Education,which will focus on the implementation of the "New Strong Teachers Project" to solve the shortcomings and weaknesses of the reform of teacher team construction and further improve the education and teaching ability and scientific research reflection ability of primary and secondary school teachers.Primary and secondary school sports is an important part of China’s education work,and sports scientific research is not only an important part of education and scientific research,but also an important aspect of school sports work.Sports scientific research plays an important role in driving,leading and promoting the development of school sports,and is an important way to improve the quality of learning sports.Therefore,it is of great significance to understand the basic status quo of sports research in primary and secondary schools in China.This paper investigates and studies the current situation of sports scientific research cognition,scientific research input and scientific research output in primary and secondary schools in Tianhe District of Guangzhou by using the literature method,questionnaire survey method,interview method and mathematical statistics method,aiming to understand the existing problems in the current sports research of primary and secondary schools in Tianhe District of Guangzhou,find out the factors affecting the sports research of primary and secondary schools in Tianhe District of Guangzhou,and propose countermeasures for improvement.The conclusions of the study are as follows:(1)Physical education teachers in primary and secondary schools in Tianhe District of Guangzhou have a strong willingness to conduct scientific research,and most teachers are willing to participate in scientific research activities,but most teachers themselves have poor mastery of physical education research procedures and methods,resulting in deviations between their actual scientific research behavior and scientific research intention;In terms of scientific research purposes,primary school teachers are more passive in scientific research,and junior and senior high school teachers have higher utilitarian scientific research.(2)In terms of scientific research investment,the education administrative department attaches relatively much importance to the scientific research of primary and secondary school teachers,and the financial investment is increasing year by year;Teachers’ personal investment in scientific research is seriously insufficient,and the level of participation in scientific research training is low,and the effectiveness is poor;The school’s scientific research management is not standardized,the scientific research requirements formulated are too low,and the investment in scientific research funds needs to be improved.(3)The output of sports scientific research in primary and secondary schools in Tianhe District of Guangzhou is not good,showing the problem of low quantity and low quality.In terms of papers,the proportion of papers published in faculty journals was higher than that of conference papers;The proportion of publications in provincial journals is higher than that of core journals.In terms of topics,the proportion of teachers participating in projects is significantly higher than that of presiding over topics.The proportion of teacher output in publishing monographs and patenting is extremely low.(4)Factor analysis shows that the factors affecting the physical education research of primary and secondary schools in Tianhe District of Guangzhou include:education department factors,teacher personal factors,and school factors.(5)The countermeasures to improve physical education research in primary and secondary schools in Tianhe District of Guangzhou include: at the level of the education department: improve the sports scientific research system and improve the policy guarantee for teachers’ scientific research;Optimize the scientific research evaluation system and pay attention to the diversity of evaluation;Carry out classified training to improve the practicality of scientific research training.At the personal level of teachers: deepen the awareness of scientific research and correct the attitude of scientific research;Improve their own quality and build confidence in scientific research;Equal treatment of teaching and scientific research,and increase research time.At the school level: strengthen the construction of physical education teachers,promote exchanges and support among teachers;Attach importance to school sports scientific research and create a good scientific research environment;Establish a sports scientific research management mechanism to mobilize teachers’ enthusiasm for scientific research. |
