As one of the five items of "morality,intelligence,physique,Beauty and labor",physical education is an essential part of quality education in schools.The quality of classroom teaching affects the healthy development of students’ body and mind,and plays an important role in students’ good physical quality and strong will.Evaluation,as the core means of monitoring the quality of PE classroom teaching,has the functions of supervision,guidance and improvement,and plays an indispensable role in promoting the healthy development of teaching and improving the quality of classroom teaching.At the same time,as a solid force in China’s compulsory education stage,rural primary schools undertake the task of transporting talents for other education stages.Their teaching quality is not only related to the comprehensive quality of the people,but also related to the balanced development of compulsory education.Therefore,how to improve the teaching quality of rural primary school physical education by means of evaluation is an urgent problem to be considered.This paper select luoyang rural primary school sports classroom teaching quality evaluation as the research object,using the method of literature,questionnaire investigation and mathematical statistics and other research methods,for the present stage of luoyang rural primary school sports classroom teaching quality evaluation,investigation of the current situation of found local lack of unified perfect sports classroom teaching quality evaluation system,And all schools in the evaluation work of evaluation main body lack of diversity,lack of scientific evaluation method,evaluation feedback lack of timeliness,the result is not ideal and a series of problems,aiming at the existing problems,this study combined with the teaching evaluation related theory completed for luoyang rural primary school sports to build the theory of classroom teaching quality evaluation system,and proposed the implementation of safeguards.First,according to Taylor’s evaluation principle,Bloom’s educational objective classification theory and other theoretical basis,follow the principles of scientific,systematic,guiding,operability and other principles,through questionnaire and mathematical statistics to screen the indicators in the index questionnaire.Three first-level indicators,nine second-level indicators and 25 third-level indicators,such as classroom teaching preparation,classroom teaching process and classroom teaching effect,were determined.Rank sum algorithm was used to assign corresponding weights to the determined indicators.Secondly,the corresponding evaluation criteria for the evaluation index system are formulated,and appropriate evaluation subjects and methods are selected to form the teaching quality evaluation system of rural primary school PHYSICAL education in Luoyang city.Finally,the paper puts forward some measures for the implementation of the evaluation system,in order to provide beneficial supplement for the evaluation research on the quality of rural primary school PE classroom teaching,further improve the evaluation of rural primary school PE classroom teaching quality in Luoyang city,and help luoyang city physical education work to develop in a better and balanced way.
