The deep integration of smart technology and education promotes school teaching activities to pay close attention to students’wisdom generation under the leadership of smart education.However,in the process of evaluating the quality of student learning in primary school smart classrooms,there are still problems of ignoring the process and generative nature of student learning,resulting in the evaluation results failing to effectively guide teaching reform and promote students’improved learning.Therefore,this study defines the core concepts of smart classroom,learning quality,and learning quality evaluation by combing relevant literature,and explains the conceptual connotation,basic features,and intrinsic value of student learning quality in primary school smart classroom.After clarifying the purpose,meaning,object and content of the evaluation of student learning quality in the primary school smart classroom,the index system was initially formulated and revised using the Delphi method.Then,the weights of each dimension were calculated using the Delphi method and hierarchical analysis.Finally,a small sample survey was conducted to prove the scientificity and validity of the index system.Specifically,this study was divided into seven parts as follows:The first part is introduction.The problem is posed to point out the research background and research content,and the literature review mainly compares the relevant studies on smart classroom and learning quality assessment.Based on this,the core concepts such as smart classroom and learning quality are defined.The study is based on process philosophy theory,constructivism theory,and multiple intelligence theory,which provide theoretical guidance for the study.The purpose and significance of the study is to construct an index system for evaluating student learning quality in primary school smart classrooms,in order to identify the deficiencies in smart classroom teaching and make suggestions for improvement.The research method mainly used the Delphi method,hierarchical analysis and statistical analysis method.The second part is the interpretation of the implications of students’learning quality in smart classrooms in primary schools.In a comprehensive view,the quality of student learning in the smart classroom is the sum of the level and characteristics of students’abilities demonstrated in the four aspects of learning readiness,learning interaction,learning outcomes and learning regulation,with the characteristics of practicality,hierarchy,generation and complexity,and provides a very important reference for classroom teaching wisdom reconstruction and education quality evaluation reform.The third part is about the internal mechanism of students’learning quality evaluation in smart classrooms in primary schools.The fundamental purpose of student learning quality assessment in primary school wisdom classroom is to improve student learning so that the quality of teaching in wisdom classroom can be improved in a fundamental sense.Based on the research results of student learning quality assessment,we insist on respecting the process and generative characteristics of student learning,and provide an in-depth analysis of the four aspects of student learning preparation,learning interaction,learning outcomes and learning regulation.The fourth part is about the construction of the evaluation index system for students’learning quality in smart classrooms in primary schools.Generally speaking,the indicator system has the functions of goal orientation,diagnosis and regulation,and feedback and motivation.The construction of the index system needs to follow the principles of systemic,directional,dynamic and operability.The initial framework of the index system was determined based on theoretical analysis,and the connotation of each index was analyzed.On this basis,two rounds of expert consultation were conducted using the Delphi method,and the index system was revised and determined by considering the modifications proposed by experts.Finally,we obtained the following four first-level indicators:"state element:learning readiness","process element:learning interaction","result element:learning outcomes",and"support element:learning control",and 12 secondary indicators,such as learning attitude and learning motivation and their corresponding descriptions.The fifth part is about the weight distribution of the evaluation index system for students’learning quality in smart classrooms in primary schools.Using the evaluation index system of student learning quality in primary school smart classroom as a guide,an expert consultation questionnaire on the evaluation index weights was prepared;questionnaires were distributed to all experts who participated in the first two rounds of expert consultation to collect their opinions on the distribution of the index weights;data processing and analysis were conducted using hierarchical analysis,and the expression of the evaluation index system of student learning quality in primary school smart classroom was derived as Y=0.26Y1+0.37Y2+0.11Y3+0.26Y4.The sixth part is the verification of the evaluation index system for the learning quality of students in the smart classroom in primary schools.In order to clarify the scientificity and validity of the evaluation index system of student learning quality in primary school wisdom classroom developed in this study,by further refining the specific descriptions of each secondary index in the evaluation index system,a questionnaire of student learning quality in primary school wisdom classroom was determined and a small sample survey was conducted,and the validation results showed that the reliability and validity of the index system were good,and countermeasure suggestions were put forward for the problems existing in wisdom classroom teaching.The seventh part is the research conclusion and shortcomings.The study is summarized,the shortcomings of the research process are clarified,and the future research directions are described.
