Before the advent of the new era,China had completed the popularization of higher education,and the country began to pay more attention to the quality of higher education.In the context of a healthy China,the quality of college physical education has become a hot topic of social concern.The quality of physical education in colleges and universities directly determines the quality of training of sports talents.A reasonable,perfect and scientific evaluation system for the quality of physical education in colleges and universities is an effective measure to improve the quality of physical education and the quality of physical education.South Korea 's Seoul University 's ranking of physical education ranks among the highest in Asia,indicating that its level of physical education is first-rate and its social recognition is high,which is inseparable from the perfect evaluation system of physical education quality of Seoul 's University.Therefore,learning from examples of world-renowned college PE teaching quality evaluation systems and learning from advanced experience is conducive to improving China's college PE teaching quality evaluation system,promoting the improvement of China's college PE teaching quality,and cultivating world-competitive sports applications.The thesis takes the physical education teaching quality evaluation system of Zhengzhou University in China and Seoul University in South Korea as research objects.Based on the historical and cultural background of the establishment of the physical education teaching quality evaluation system through the methods of literature,comparative research,and case analysis,the similarities and differences of the physical education teaching quality evaluation systems of the two universities are compared according to the historical and cultural background of the establishment of the physical education teaching quality evaluation systems of the two universities.To find out the shortcomings of the physical education teaching quality evaluation system of Zhengzhou University,based on the principles of objectivity,orientation and effectiveness,to put forward optimal countermeasures for the physical educationteaching quality evaluation system of Zhengzhou University.The main research conclusions are as follows:Evaluation purpose: The purpose of evaluation of physical education teaching quality of Zhengzhou University in China attaches importance to the quality management of physical education teaching;the purpose of evaluation of physical education teaching quality of Seoul National University is to promote the comprehensive development of physical education teachers and students.Evaluation content: The content of evaluation of physical education quality of Zhengzhou University focuses on the teaching of physical education teachers;the evaluation content of physical education quality of Seoul University is the unification of physical education teachers 'teaching and students' learning.Evaluation subject and evaluation method: Although the evaluation subject of the physical education quality of Zhengzhou University is diversified,the evaluation method is single;the evaluation subject and evaluation method of the physical education quality of Seoul University are diverse.Feedback and utilization of evaluation results: The feedback of the evaluation results of the physical education quality of Zhengzhou University is informal;the evaluation results are used to improve the quality of physical education,the level of teaching ability and performance evaluation of physical education teachers;the feedback of the evaluation results of the physical education quality of Seoul University is Formal and specific;the evaluation results are used not only to improve physical education,to improve the quality of teaching,to improve the level of physical education teachers' teaching ability,but also to use in personnel decision-making and student course selection.Measures to improve the evaluation system of the quality of physical education in colleges and universities: Innovate the concept of evaluation goals and promote the common development of teachers and students;Widen the evaluation content indicators and focus on the evaluation of student studies;Improve the diversity of evaluation subjects and increase students And teacher evaluation ratio;organize multiple evaluation methods to build a scientific and reasonable evaluation process;improve the evaluation feedback mechanism and make full use of evaluation results.
