The high intensity interval training(HIIT)is a training mode for effectively improving the cardio-pulmonary function,namely realizing higher motor adaptation of the body by repeated stimulation,and it’s characterized by short training time,high intensity of training,quick heart rate and short interval time.Due to project characteristics of boxing,the anaerobic endurance is an important factor of boxing winning.The improvement of the boxer’s anaerobic endurance is beneficial to keep the boxer’s technical and tactical ability in the match.Upon previous researches,the high intensity interval training can effectively improve the aerobic capacity and anaerobic capacity.This study used the experimental method to discuss the effect of the high intensity interval training on the teenage boxers,providing a reference for teenage boxers’ physical training.By using the methods of literature,interview,questionnaire,experiment and mathematical statistics,used the teenage boxers at the age of 15-18 as the experiment samples and designed the 12-week high intensity interval training plan to carry out12-week exercise intervention for athletes based on the boxing features and teenagers’ growth and development.The athletes’ anaerobic power,blood lactic acid and heart rate were monitored by comparison of pretesting and posttesting data between experimental group and control group.Later,various indexes were compared to discuss the influence of the high intensity interval training on the teenage boxers.Research results:1.The maximum anaerobic power,mean anaerobic power,anaerobic endurance and anti-fatigue ability in the experimental group and control group after the experiment were significantly improved compared to those before the experiment(P<0.05).Upon comparison between experimental group and control group,the improvement degree of experimental group was higher than that of control group with a significant difference(P<0.05).1.After the experiment,the blood lactic acid of the experimental group and the control group increased significantly(p < 0.05)at 30 swingate and 400 m × 3 run,3 min after exercise and 5 min after exercise,there was a significant difference(p < 0.05)between the experimental group and the control group(p < 0.01).Compared with the control group,the blood lactic acid of the two groups increased significantly(p < 0.01).2.The 30 s Wingate and 400m×3 running immediate blood lactic acid value,blood lactic acid value after exercise for 3min and blood lactic acid value after exercise for 5min in the experimental group and control group after the experiment were obviously increased compared to those before the experiment(P<0.05).Upon comparison between experimental group and control group,the improvement degree of experimental group was higher than that of control group with a significant difference(P<0.05).Upon comparison of blood lactic acid value after exercise for 3min between the experiment group and the control group,the degree of improvement in experimental group was higher than that in control group with a very significant difference(p<0.01).3.The special sports quality performance of the experimental group and control group after the experiment was significantly improved(P<0.05).The 400m×3 running performance,performance after punching a sandbag at full stretch for 30 s and performance after rope skipping for 1min in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group with a significant difference(P<0.05).The improvement degree of performance of punching a sandbag at full stretch for 30 s in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group with a very significant difference(p<0.01).Research conclusion:1.The high intensity interval training and established boxing physical training can improve the teenage boxers’ anaerobic power,blood lactic acid value and special sports quality ability.2.This paper adopts the prophase 85-90% maximum heart rate,load duration: 30 s,interval between groups: 20 s and interval time between groups: 1min,the metaphase90-92% maximum heart rate,load duration: 20 s,interval between groups: 20 s and interval time between groups: 1min and the anaphase 90-95% maximum heart rate,load duration:15s,interval between groups: 15 s and interval time between groups: 1min.Next set of exercises shall be conducted after the heart rate lowers to 120 times/minute.There are 8training actions in total with 6 sets of exercises repeated.The effect of the high intensity interval training load arrangement is better than that of the established boxing physical training arrangement and the anaerobic capacity is improved more obviously.3.The number of times,duration and interval time of high intensity interval training used in this paper are consistent with the match arrangement(each round of boxing match:3min and interval time: 1min)and more conform to the boxing features compared to the established boxing physical training.It effectively improves the special physical fitness.
