| Purpose: The aim is to compare the effect of climber high-intensity interval training(V-HIIT)and special movement mode high-intensity interval training(T-HIIT)on anaerobic capacity of male collegiate wrestlers,to explore the effectiveness and applicability of different means of high-intensity interval training on anaerobic capacity enhancement of male collegiate wrestlers, and to provide coaches with a theoretical basis and practical reference for selecting appropriate training means and methods to enhance anaerobic work capacity according to different training objectives and task situations from the perspective of scientific training and digital training monitoring. It provides theoretical basis and practical reference for coaches to select appropriate training methods and approaches to improve anaerobic work capacity according to different training objectives and task situations. Methods: The literature method, expert interview method, and experimental method were used for the study.By reviewing the literature and expert consultation, two groups of HIIT training means were identified.Twenty-three male collegiate wrestlers(athletic level national grade II athletes and above)were selected as experimental subjects and randomly divided into V-HIIT group(11)and T-HIIT group(12)for a six-week,twice-weekly experimental intervention.During the experiment, the climbing performance and subjective fatigue level of the climbing machine were recorded, and the load intensity was controlled by heart rate real-time telemetry system.General anaerobic capacity(anaerobic power, blood lactate)and specific anaerobic capacity(60s booster lift over chest,30 s booster lift over chest)were tested before and after the experiment, and paired sample t-test,independent sample t-test and effect size statistical analysis were performed with the help of SPSS 25.0 to compare the effect of T-HIIT and V-HIIT groups.Results:(1)Load monitoring during the experiment: peak heart rate, mean heart rate, and RPE during training were significantly higher for subjects in the V-HIIT group than for subjects in the T-HIIT group, with significant differences(p<0.05).(2)Anaerobic power: The results of the post-experimental between-group comparison showed that there were no significant differences in PP,AP,and AP/kg between the VHIIT group and the T-HIIT group(p>0.05),and there were significant differences in PP/kg and PD%(p<0.05);the results of the pre-and post-experimental within-group comparison showed that in PP,PP/kg,AP,and AP/kg,both the V-HIIT group and The results of intra-group comparison before and after the experiment showed that there was a significant difference between the V-HIIT group and the T-HIIT group in the improvement of PP,PP/kg,AP and AP/kg,and in the improvement of PD(%),there was a significant difference only in the V-HIIT group(3)Blood lactate: the improvement of blood lactate values at 3,5 and 10 min in the VHIIT group was better than that in the T-HIIT group, and there was a significant difference(p < 0.05).The T-HIIT group showed a greater improvement in blood lactate clearance at 3-10 min than the V-HIIT group, and there was a significant difference(p < 0.05).(4)30s and 60 s Buhman lifting and holding over the chest: the results of comparison between groups after the experiment showed that there was a significant difference between the T-HIIT group and the V-HIIT group(p<0.05).The results of the intragroup comparison before and after the experiment measurement showed that there were significant differences between the V-HIIT group and the T-HIIT group(p<0.05).(5)Climber performance: The high-intensity interval training of the V-HIIT group was divided into three groups of four sessions each with 30 s of climbing and 30 s of rest.the climbing height in the first group of the experiment was improved from377.52 to 431.22,an improvement of 12.45%;the climbing height in the second group was improved from 316.76 to 355.49;an improvement of 10.89%,and the third group of the training climbing height increased from 212.86 to 254.68,an improvement of 16.42%;the total climbing height increased from 907.14 to 1042.29,an improvement of 12.97%.Conclusions:(1)Among the different modes of high-intensity interval training for 6 weeks, climber high-intensity interval training(V-HIIT)induced higher physiological and psychological loads, and induced greater training load intensity stimulation.(2)Comprehensive analysis of several indexes showed that climber high-intensity interval training(V-HIIT)could better improve the glycolytic energy supply system of college male wrestlers and tended to stimulate muscles to maintain high power velocity endurance;while special movement mode high-intensity interval training(THIIT)could effectively improve the phosphagen-based special endurance of college wrestlers and tended to obtain greater instantaneous mechanical power for explosive adaptations.(3)Climber high-intensity interval training(V-HIIT)is effective in improving the body’s ability to tolerate a high acid environment during exercise. However, there are limitations in the 3-10 min blood lactate clearance rate;special movement mode highintensity interval training(T-HIIT)can effectively improve the 3-10 min blood lactate clearance rate.(4)The application of climbing machine in high-intensity interval training can effectively improve the digitization of training, visualize data feedback to help athletes conduct real-time self-assessment in training, clarify training goals for each training, and help coaches to conduct real-time evaluation, tracking, feedback and dynamic adjustment of athletes in training. |
