Research purposes:High Intensity Interval Training(HIIT)refers to multiple short-term high-intensity training,replacing the rest-rest training method with low-intensity exercise between every two high-intensity trainings.High-intensity interval training has a significant effect on athletes’aerobic energy supply or anaerobic energy supply.In high-level competitions,good physical performance is a prerequisite for athletes to fully utilize their skills and tactics.Good physical fitness can often determine the outcome between athletes of the same level,especially in the badminton singles competition.The ability to multi-shoot and the ability to continuously shift the off-speed.As a time-saving and convenient physical training method,high-intensity interval training has been recognized in athletes’performance in cycling,cycling and other cyclical projects,and the application in non-cyclical projects needs further proof.There is no conclusion on the role of improving the special physical fitness of badminton players.Research methods:The subjects of this experiment were 7 badminton men’s singles athletes.The experiment used a self-control.In the first stage of the experiment,the subjects measured the anaerobic energy supply ability through the Wingate test,and took the fingertip blood for blood 10 min before the test,immediately after the test,immediately after the test,and 3 min,5 min,and 15 min after the end of the test.Lactic acid analysis.In the second phase of the experiment,the maximum oxygen uptake test was conducted using the Bruce(athlete)program to test the athletes for maximum oxygen uptake.According to the formula,the athlete’s50%VO2max speed is calculated.During the training phase,the treadmill training intervention is performed every Wednesday and Friday,each time lasting 30s for 100%VO2max speed,and the intermittent period is 30s for 50%VO2max speed,16groups each time.Research conclusions:Explain that 4 weeks of HIIT training has positively improved athletes’aerobic capacity and anaerobic capacity,with specific manifestations of increased lactate tolerance,increased lactate clearance and clearance,and increased VO2max.And the output power is increased.This positive effect will help badminton players to better play their role in heavy-duty training and competition,thus improving athletic performance.
