| The development of information technology in education has made sports information resources increasingly abundant, and physical activity behavior promotion for college students through information intervention has become a feasible way.Previous studies have found that understanding college students’ information behaviors in a pervasive information environment is an important part of implementing college students’ physical health promotion based on information tools. Therefore, this study investigates the information intervention strategies in physical activity behavior change of college students based on the perspective of information behavior and the crosstheoretical model in the field of health promotion,in order to provide theoretical support for school sports practitioners to implement "precise interventions" for college students’ physical health promotion based on information tools.First of all, through the bibliometric method, the domestic and foreign literature in this field was sorted out,and it was concluded that "the mechanism of the relationship between information behavior and physical exercise behavior","the stage characteristics of college students’ information behavior" and "the influencing factors of college students’ information behavior" are unresolved issues. The study concluded that "the mechanism of the relationship between information behavior and physical exercise behavior","the stage characteristics of college students’ information behavior" and "the influencing factors of college students’ information behavior" are the unsolved problems. On this basis, this study has designed three studies.(1)A hypothetical model of college students’ information behavior influencing physical exercise behavior was constructed and empirically tested through a survey of1128 college students;it was found that college students’ information behavior mainly influences physical exercise behavior change indirectly through two mediating variables of self-efficacy and change process;therefore, information intervention based on college students’ information behavior is effective.(2)The survey data were analyzed by mathematical and statistical methods, and the behavioral stages that college students were in were first divided, and the ANOVA revealed that there were significant differences(p<0.05)in the scores of information behavior and each variable of the inter-theoretical model in different stages of change, and there were also differences(p<0.05)in the tendency channels of college students in different stages of change to obtain information about physical exercise,so it was considered that the implementation of Targeted information intervention strategies are considered necessary.(3)By interviewing 17 college students and analyzing the interview data with rooting theory,it was found that college students’ demand for information related to physical exercise is influenced by motivation and environment;behavior affects the demand and acquisition of information;and information characteristics affect the understanding of information and improve ability by influencing emotion. Finally, based on the above findings, information intervention strategies in physical activity behavior change among college students were designed. For college students in the non-willing stage, the intervention focuses on increasing the willingness to participate in physical activity, and the intervention should choose to improve the information demand by improving motivation and environment, and provide personalized information push service to deliver easy-to-understand physical health information;for college students in the willing stage, the intervention focuses on promoting the transformation of willingness to participate in physical activity to behavior, and the intervention can consider using mobile fitness tools to assist in For college students in the behavior stage, the intervention focuses on motivating the maintenance of physical activity behavior,so the intervention is to explore the finegrained factors of maintaining physical activity behavior and transform them into relevant information services. |
