Objective: In recent years,the physical exercise behavior characteristics of enterprise workers have not received due attention.Therefore,based on the crosstheoretical model,this study analyzes the physical exercise behavior and stage characteristics of zibo Mining Group employees,in order to provide targeted sports health promotion strategies for this group.Methods: The physical exercise behaviors of 486 employees in Zibo Mining Group were investigated and related data were collected by questionnaire survey,using "Change stage scale","Self-efficacy scale","equilibrium decision scale","change process scale" and other scales as measuring tools.Results :(1)more than 77% of employees in zibo mining group participated in physical exercise less than twice a week.Sixty percent exercised for less than 30 minutes at a time;54% participate in only light intensity exercise;More than half(51percent)engage in sedentary behavior;Nearly half(47 percent)go to stadiums and parks to exercise;(2)The characteristics of staff change stage in Zibo Mining Group are "large in the middle and small at both ends".The number of staff is the largest in the preparation stage(39%),and the least in the pre-intention stage(14%)and maintenance stage(9%).(3)There is no significant difference in the equilibrium decision variables in different stages(P>0.05)and no significant correlation coefficient(P>0.05)in the employee group of Zibo Mining Group;(4)There were significant differences in self-efficacy of employees in different stages(P<0.05),and there was a positive correlation.Self-efficacy could predict the change stage(P <0.05).There were significant differences in self-efficacy of different genders(P <0.05),and in self-efficacy of different ages(P < 0.05).(5)After analyzing the corresponding relationship between different change stages and change process,it was found that the predictive variable of pre-intention stage was mutual assistance relationship(P < 0.05).The predictive variables of intention stage were strengthening management and stimulus control(P < 0.05).The predictive variables of preparation stage were consciousness improvement,environmental reevaluation,self-reevaluation,anti-conditioning,mutual assistance and self-liberation(P < 0.05).The predictors of action stage were effect empathy,social liberation,anti-conditioning,mutual assistance and self-liberation(P < 0.05).Conclusion: The situation of employees’ participation in physical exercise in Zibo Mining Group is not optimistic,in order to better promote their active participation in physical exercise,we should constantly increase the self-efficacy of this group,and implement targeted change process intervention measures for employees in different stages of change. |
