The topic about the health of persons with disabilities has always been the focus of attention at home and abroad, physical exercise is an important way to promote physical and mental health for people with disabilities. In the literature on physical exercise for people with disabilities, the exploration of physical exercise for students with hearing disabilities has made slow progress. The research on the exercise behavior of students with hearing disabilities based on Trans-theoretical model is a promising research topic in this field. This study uses the method of literature, interview, questionnaire, mathematical statistics and other methods to explore the physical exercise behavior of adolescents with hearing impairment based on Trans-theoretical model. From the perspective of Trans-theoretical model, the purpose of this study is to analyze the physical exercise situation of adolescents with hearing impairment, and discuss the characteristics of the cognitive and behavioral process as well as the level of the decisional balance,self-efficacy in the stage of physical exercise behavior. The purpose of this study is also to contribute to the promotion of physical exercise for teenagers with hearing impairment. The research results are as follows: among the adolescent students with hearing impairment tested,92.01% of them do physical exercise more than 3 times a week on average,63.92% of them do physical exercise for more than half an hour on average each time, and 89.17% of them do physical exercise with moderate or lower intensity; The students in the action stage and the maintenance stage accounted for 37.11% and 20.62% respectively; The cognitive and behavioral process of physical exercise behavior stage presents certain characteristics; The correct discriminant rate of the discriminant function based on indicators of cognitive and behavioral processes for the actual physical exercise behavior stage was 89.18%,and the discriminant accuracy of the action stage was96.53%;The average scores of exercise benefits and self-efficacy showed an upward trend with the improvement of physical exercise behavior stage, while the average scores of exercise cons showed no regularity.Through the analysis of the research results, the main conclusions are as follows:1.Most of adolescent students with hearing impairment can insist on regular physical exercise and take part in physical exercise with their classmates, but the intensity of exercise is insufficient. The main physical exercise items are running, jumping rope and playing basketball. The majority of adolescent student with hearing impairment are in the action stage, and more than half of them are in the action and maintenance stage.2.From the precontemplation stage to the contemplation stage of physical exercise behavior, adolescent students with hearing impairment showed significant differences in cognitive and behavioral processes. After the contemplation stage, there were significant differences in behavioral processes, but no significant differences in cognitive processes. From the precontemplation stage to the maintenance stage of physical exercise behavior, various cognitive and behavioral processes are continuously optimized.Indicators of cognitive and behavioral processes have a high discriminating accuracy for the physical exercise behavior stage of the sample students, and the highest discriminating accuracy for the action stage.3.Among the adolescent students with hearing impairment at different stages of exercise behavior, the male students showed distinct differences in stimulus control, while the female students showed significant differences in the ability to strengthen the exercise effect. The main difference of Jinzhong students is the cognitive process, the main difference of Jinzhong students is the behavioral process.Primary school students’ cognitive and behavioral processes show significant differences in alternation, junior middle school students mainly highlight the differences in behavioral processes, and senior high school students only have significant differences in behavioral processes.4.The level of exercise benefits and self-efficacy increased with the increase of the physical exercise behavior stage of hearing impaired adolescent students, and the hearing impaired students of different genders, regions and school segments all maintained this trend; The exercise cons show no regularity. |
