Being a comprehensive psychological research model,This research takes the cross theory model as the theoretical Foundation,uses the literature material method,the On-the-spot investigation method,the questionnaire survey method and so on the research,takes the Yunnan Agricultural Vocational Technical College University student as the investigation object.This paper mainly focuses on the 6 dimensions of the change stage of college students ' movement behavior,the 9 dimensions of the change procedure,and makes a comprehensive and in-depth study on the current situation of the change stage and the change procedure,and reveals the degree of the change stage and the change procedure of its movement behavior.On this basis,the corresponding relationship between the two is analyzed and the weight of the program is differentiated.Aiming at one of the most sensitive factors and problems in one stage,by using the minimum input,we strive to obtain the maximum intervention effect and achieve the goal of transforming the research object into the advanced movement behavior stage in the shortest time.The research results are as follows:(1)The number of college students in each stage of change shows an inverted U-shaped trend,and the trend is stable in different professional,gender and weekly exercise time.It is effective to judge the change stage of the subjects by using the score of the continuous measurement scale in the change stage of college students 'sports behavior.(2)Self-efficacy and self-balance scale contribute less to the change stage,and the change stage corresponds to the change procedure.(3)The process of motion formation is a systematic study of individual behavior changes through the corresponding change procedures at different stages of change.(4)By using structural equation model analysis,it is shown that the model is acceptable and can be used to reflect the relationship between movement behaviorchange stage,change procedure,self-efficacy and decision-making equilibrium under the cross theoretical model,which indicates that the corresponding change program can predict the students' movement.
