Moral education is the foundation of universities,which answers the fundamental question of what kind of people to cultivate in higher education in China.Curriculum ideology and politics is the key link to implement the fundamental task of establishing moral education,and teachers of professional courses are the main force of curriculum ideology and politics construction.Teachers’ awareness and ability of nurturing people are directly related to the realization of the effect of nurturing people.In recent years,researchers have conducted a lot of researches on teachers’ curriculum ideology and politics,and fruitful results have been achieved in the connotation of curriculum ideology and politics,the value of curriculum ideology and politics and its theoretical basis;the integration of disciplines or majors with curriculum ideology and politics;teachers’ awareness and ability of curriculum ideology and politics;and the evaluation of the effectiveness of curriculum ideology and politics implementation.However,there are shortcomings in the existing research,specifically in several aspects.First,there are still relatively few studies on curriculum ideology and politics in professional courses;second,in terms of research methods,there are more philosophical-level academic studies and relatively few empirical studies;third,among the existing studies,there is a lack of research on the excavation and integration of curriculum ideology and politics elements.Many studies have mentioned the lack of ability of professional course teachers to explore and integrate the elements of curriculum ideology and politics,which is an aspect of current curriculum ideology and politics research that is very important but also relatively weak in research.This study combines professional course teachers and knowledge together,and focuses on how professional course teachers in colleges and universities generate knowledge of curriculum ideology and politics.Professional course teachers are the main force of curriculum ideology and politics construction,professional course teaching is the main battlefield,and professional course classroom is the main channel.In which,curriculum ideology and politics knowledge is the core element of curriculum ideology and politics teaching of professional course teachers,and whether curriculum ideology and politics knowledge can be generated smoothly is directly related to the effectiveness of curriculum ideology and politics teaching of professional course teachers.From the perspective of knowledge generation,this study puts forward the core question of the study: what is the mechanism of generating curriculum ideology and politics knowledge of professional course teachers in colleges and universities? The theoretical analysis framework of the study was constructed from the perspective of activity theory,based on which an interview outline was formulated and the data collection was carried out by using the interview method with the professional course teachers in colleges and universities as the research subjects,and finally seven research data were obtained.Finally,a qualitative study was conducted on the research data based on the theoretical analysis framework to analyze the mechanism of curriculum ideology and politics knowledge generation among professional course teachers and its influencing factors,as well as the theoretical insights we can get from it.The generation of curriculum ideology and politics knowledge of professional course teachers in higher education contains three specific elements: subjects,rules and tools.It was found that the factors affecting the generation of curriculum ideology and politics knowledge of professional course teachers include both internal and external factors.The internal factors include: the teachers’ knowledge of the course;the individual experience of the teachers;the teachers’ interpretation of the teaching materials and students and their preconceptions of teaching.The external factors include: the support of colleges and universities for professional course teachers,and the various mirror materials available to professional course teachers.The mechanism for generating the curriculum ideology and politics knowledge of college professional course teachers is composed of three specific micro mechanisms,including the dominant mechanism with college professional course teachers as the main body,the guiding mechanism with rules as the constraints and the feedback mechanism with text materials and individual experiences as the tools,and the three micro mechanisms together constitute the mechanism for generating the curriculum ideology and politics knowledge of college professional course teachers.It is worth noting that the positions of the three influencing factors in the system are not fixed,but change with the changes of activity contexts and analysis perspectives.The dynamic changes of the positions of the activity elements also precisely reflect the dynamic nature of the activity and the complex mechanism process of curriculum ideology and politics knowledge generation.The study of the generation mechanism of curriculum ideology and politics knowledge of professional course teachers in colleges and universities can help enrich the theoretical research related to curriculum ideology and politics and deepen the understanding of the law of curriculum ideology and politics construction;at the same time,it can provide certain reference to enhance the ability of professional course teachers to educate people,improve the teaching effect of curriculum ideology and politics and even promote the construction of curriculum ideology and politics in colleges and universities.
