Design And Implementation Of Online Training Platform For The New-type Professional Farmers

Under the background that the cultivation of the new-type professional farmers has risen to the national strategy,relying on the two projects of "the online training system for the new-type professional farmers in Foshan " from Foshan Agricultural Bureau and "Research and Design of the online training system for the new-type professional farmers with multi-path application fusion" from Guangdong Institute of Modern Agricultural Equipment,which were Presided over by myself.this paper that studies design and implementation of online training platform for the new-type professional farmers has certain theoretical and practical significance.The New-type professional farmers refer to modern agricultural practitioners who take agriculture as their profession,have certain professional skills and earn mainly from agriculture,mainly include the production management type,the specialized skill type and the social service type.Through literature research,it is known that the new type of professional farmers have the characteristics of difficult to obtain timely training due to the busy farming hours,and the certification requirements of vocational training.The research of online training platform mainly focuses on the construction of learning websites and training information collection system.Therefore,the research goal of design and implementation of online training platform for the new-type professional farmers had been put forward,taking the new-type professional farmers cultivation project in Foshan city for an example,which could not only meet the needs of students learning,but also meet the needs of competent departments for job information collection.At the same time,it could meet the needs of new vocational farmer vocational training certification and application system convenience through online certification and unified login certification.This paper determines the user needs and functional requirements of Foshan system through field research.Considering the diversity and complexity of internet environment for farmers and the individualized needs of applicating system,the J2 EE architecture is adopted to ensure the portability of the system,the MVC design mode is adopted to ensure the maintainability of the system,the Power Design tool is used to design database to improve the development efficiency,and the OAuth 2.0 protocol is used to achieve the unified login authentication for accounts of system and QQ or Wechat of farmers,which is convenient for farmers.Finally,the function modules of system for competent departments,training base,teachers,experts and trainees are realized through the code,and tested and verified.The test shows that the system function is perfect,the application is normal,the reliability is good,that the construction goal is achieved.The system had been popularized and applied in Foshan.45657 farmers had been trained and 9004 certificates had been issued.A new model was created for the cultivation of new professional farmers with "government + base + experts + students".The implementation of online training platform for the new-type professional farmers to promote the application,landing results.
