Rural revitalization cannot leave the revitalization of rural education,and the development of rural education to a great extent,depends on overall quality of rural teachers,the quality of rural teachers is under the influence of teachers’ education feelings,therefore,to promote rural teacher education feelings generated is the important measures to improve the quality of rural teachers,The new generation of rural teachers has become the main force of rural teachers,so the improvement of the overall quality of rural teachers cannot be separated from the generation of the new generation of rural teachers’ educational feelings.The new generation of rural teachers refers to those who were born after 1990 and taught in the compulsory education stage of rural schools in towns and villages.Feelings and education is a teacher in education activities,education career stability,it is difficult to give up,from the heart of love,is the height of the identity of teachers in education,sense of mission and sense of responsibility,is professional development for teachers’ teaching and the endogenous power,mainly reflected in the root teacher love education career,love students,education practice,actively pursuing professional development,selfless dedication,etc.Few researches on rural teachers "education feelings of worth,and feelings is implicit in the heart,it is difficult to quantify,by the way of empirical,therefore,this study established the" new generation of rural education education feelings affect how education practice "of the main problems,and take this problem into the new generation of rural teachers’ real work life narrative in the study.In view of the fact that rural teachers are the policy focus of building rural teachers,the new generation of rural teachers are the backbone of rural education,and the educational sentiment is an important factor affecting the quality of rural teachers,it is necessary to study the educational sentiment of the new generation of rural teachers.The relevant literature at home and abroad was reviewed,the contributions and shortcomings of existing studies were found,and the purpose and significance of the research were proposed.Based on this,the research ideas were designed,research objects were selected,and data were collected through interview,observation and object analysis.Draw lessons from existing research summary,discusses the concept of education feelings,and the related concepts,and summarized the new generation of rural teacher education feelings of structural elements mainly include strong hot local emotion,don’t forget the beginner’s mind professional beliefs,mission of teaching ideal,completes the teacher’s kindly care,its stability,individual characteristics and potential of implicit,practice the basic characteristics of generation.It is the structural elements and basic characteristics of education that make it the internal motivation for teachers’ professional growth,the spiritual support for their professional persistence,and the emotional support for teachers to protect left-behind children.From the description of the real education story of teacher W,who studied both practice and theory,and teacher Y,who promoted both ideals and responsibilities,we can see the performance of the new generation of rural teachers with higher educational feelings in education practice,which provides valuable first-hand data for this study.With the help of narrative research,teachers’ life is entered,and their stories are sorted out and summarized,transforming from "on-site text" to "research text".On the basis of reflecting on the educational practice experience of the new generation of rural teachers,this paper summarizes the three characteristics of the new generation of rural teachers with educational feelings in educational practice:Love rural students but not spoil,the pursuit of effective classroom teaching innovation,the unremitting pursuit of professional development.This paper analyzes the influencing factors of the new generation of rural teachers’ educational feelings from both internal and external aspects,including personal growth environment,educational concept,family support,working environment and social status.Based on the structural elements of the new generation of rural teachers’ educational feelings and the factors that affect the generation of educational feelings,this paper explores the generation path of the new generation of rural teachers’ educational feelings.As the inner spiritual power,the educational feelings need teachers to be firm in their spiritual autonomy and form local feelings,identify with rural teachers to cultivate their professional feelings,establish educational ideals to practice preaching feelings,and cultivate teachers’morality to practice benevolence feelings. |
