Put forward in the third plenary session of the 18th CPC central committee balanced urban and rural education,is the means to implement "China education fair"as and building a harmonious socialist society.To realize urban and rural integration and build a harmonious socialist society,the development of rural education,rural schools is the only way,the teachers are the crucial factors.However,with the change of the society,the structural adjustment of rural teachers happened gradually,more and more young teachers joined the troops of rural teachers.Compared with the traditional rural teachers,"new generation" rural teacher showing unadapt,difficulties and even conflict in the relationship with the rural community."New generation" rural teachers are the fresh blood,the mainstay for rural education reform and rural school construction,its' living conditions in the rural community and the relationship with rural community will directly affect the education teaching and the development of rural education.The paper adopted qualitative research methods to depict the daily life,education and teaching activities in rural community of a primary school teachers'.Through the study found that:"New generation" of rural teachers and rural community interaction objective performance including the type of interactive nature,interaction and interactive features from three aspects.Based on the "new generation" of rural teachers and community interaction analysis,it is concluded that "fate" and "interest" is the first premise of interaction,"reciprocity" is a necessary form of interaction,"intimacy" is the basic guarantee of interaction;"New generation" rural teachers to interact with the community exist interactive sex life,power,and three types of knowledge interaction and has the characteristics of the activity,situational and conditionality."New generation" rural teachers interact with the subjective experience of rural community interaction covers expectation,interactive psychological and emotional three aspects.The identity of the "new generation" rural teachers for rural communities is low,low to the identity of the rural teacher identity,from the field of"new generation" of rural teachers in these two more prominent;Further into the "new generation" rural teacher's inner world,found the "new generation" teachers "lonely"and "homesick"'s emotion,mainly the relationship between competition and cooperation between colleagues.Of research data collection and analysis,it is concluded that the "new generation" and rural communities to interact with teachers"circle" culture,"circle" is helpful for teachers to share with each other emotional,but there are also disadvantages of interact with rural community staff barriers;"New generation" rural teachers dispose "gifts" and other abnormal behavior,stick to the teachers' professional ethics;At the same time reveal "new generation" rural teachers'concept of face;Stereotypes affect the effectiveness of the interaction.In the "new generation" of rural teachers to interact with the community based-on the analysis of the objective performance and subjective experience,further analysis the influence of "new generation" of rural teachers and rural community interaction factors,mainly including identity crisis,social security,interpersonal relationship,the concept of education and social status,etc.In view of the "new generation" teachers,with the condition of the rural community interaction using the grounded theory to establish a "new generation" of teachers and effective interaction mechanism of rural community,the concrete around the "new generation" three teachers,villagers and students interactive subject,respectively proposed teacher identity integration mechanism,enhance teachers'community identity;Villagers collaborative teaching mechanism,enhance the social sense of responsibility,multiparty interaction;Establish the dialogue between teachers and students innovation mechanism,strengthen the equal dialogue between teachers and students,promote the equality between teachers and students interaction;Set up the mechanism of local cultural integration,development of local resources,set up the ecological idea,promote the new countryside culture construction.
