Junior high school students are in the critical stage of "jointing and booting period".At this stage,teachers are in great need of careful care and education to guide and help students grow up healthily.The teacher affinity of morality and rule of law class in junior middle school is a comprehensive ability that can attract,inspire and influence students in the teaching process and make them interested in morality and rule of law class,so as to achieve the goal of moral cultivation.The affinity of morality and rule of law teachers in junior middle school is a comprehensive ability that can attract and inspire students in the teaching process and make them interested in morality and rule of law,so as to achieve the goal of moral education and cultivating people.The improvement of teachers’ affinity can better meet the needs of students’ psychological development and enhance their interest in learning morality and rule of law,thus improving the teaching effect of morality and rule of law.On the basis of previous research results,this paper,through questionnaire survey and interview,discusses the performance and reasons of the lack of affinity of middle school morality and rule of law teachers,and puts forward measures to improve the affinity of middle school morality and rule of law teachers.The paper is mainly divided into four parts:The introduction part mainly introduces the reason of the topic selection,the significance of the topic selection,the research status at home and abroad,the research methods used in writing the paper and the innovation of this paper and so on.The first part of the text mainly summarizes the theories related to the affinity between morality and teachers of the rule of law in junior middle schools,mainly covering the concepts related to the affinity between morality and teachers of the rule of law,the theoretical basis and the significance of improving their affinity.The second part mainly analyzes the manifestations and causes of the lack of affinity between morality and law teachers in junior middle schools.Through the practice school where students and teachers of investigation and study,found that the lack of morality and the rule of law teachers affinity mainly displays in: the teachers care for students’ emotion is not active,students and teachers’ communication,teacher to student’s influence is not strong,morality and the rule of law from four aspects,such as classroom less attractive and cause of insufficient in these four aspects are:Teachers’ understanding of affinity is superficial,teachers’ teaching ability is relatively inadequate,teachers’ personality quality of affinity needs to be sublimated,and schools lack of environment and mechanism construction to improve teachers’ affinity.The third part is mainly for the reasons of the lack of affinity teachers put forward countermeasures: reform the teaching concept,deepen the understanding of affinity teachers;Improve the teaching ability of teachers,enhance the appeal of moral and legal teaching;Highlight teachers’ personality charm,enhance the appeal to students;Optimize the environment and mechanism construction,and guard the main position of improving teacher affinity.With the help of these measures,moral and legal teachers can better improve their own shortcomings and practically enhance their affinity.
