On March 18,2019,the General Secretary Xi Jinping stressed at the symposium for teachers of ideological and political theory courses in the school: "To promote the reform and innovation of ideological and political theory courses,we should constantly enhance the ideological and political courses’ ideological,theoretical,affinity and pertinence." The moral and rule of law course in junior high school is an important position of moral education in junior high school,and it is of great significance to guide the young people who are in the growing "knotting and booting stage" to "buckle the first button of life".As the designer,organizer and implementor of the teaching activities,moral and legal teachers play a key role in improving the teaching effect of the course and implementing the fundamental task of cultivating morality and educating people.Therefore,to improve the teaching affinity of moral and rule of law teachers in junior middle school is not only the practical need of education and teaching reform,but also the internal requirement of giving full play to the moral and rule of law lessons’ function of cultivating morality and educating people.The Party and the state attach great importance to improving the affinity of ideological and political courses.More and more researchers and front-line teachers actively explore this problem,but there are still some shortcomings.By referring to and sorting out relevant literature,and combining questionnaire survey and individual interview,this paper explores the problems existing in the teaching affinity of moral and legal teachers in junior middle schools.After sorting and analyzing the survey data,this paper makes attribution from the aspects of teachers,schools and students,and summarizes the main reasons: some teachers cling to traditional teaching concepts;Teachers’ own quality needs to be improved;The new teacher-student relationship has not been completely established;Students’ cognition of the course is not enough;The degree of attention and support of the school are insufficient.Based on the above research,from the three dimensions of teachers,students and schools,this paper puts forward the path to improve the teaching affinity of junior high school moral and rule of law teachers,which mainly includes: teachers make efforts to improve their own qualities from the aspects of ideology,knowledge level,teaching skills,personality charm,teacher-student relationship and so on,and play a key role;Active participation of students and efficient interaction with teachers;Schools through a variety of measures to strengthen management,to provide conditions for security.Finally,taking a certain period in the textbook of Morality and Rule of Law in junior high school as an example,the teaching design is carried out under the guidance of the new curriculum standards to better reflect the teaching affinity of ethics and rule of law teachers.
