To continuously enhance the affinity of ideological and political theory courses is an important measure for the General Secretary to stress the importance of running ideological and political theory courses well.It is also a concrete performance of ideological and political course teachers to shoulder the key role of cultivating morality and educating people,and to meet the needs and expectations of students’ growth and development.At present,most teachers of moral and rule of law in junior high school have a certain affinity in teaching,and generally realize the importance of improving teacher affinity,but there is still a certain gap between the recognition of affinity and the actual performance.Based on this,this paper takes the teachers of moral and rule of law in junior high school as an example to discuss the problem of improving teacher affinity.First,through the scientific definition of affinity related concepts,summed up the definition of affinity,teacher affinity and junior high school ethics and rule of law teacher affinity.Analysis of junior high school moral and rule of law course teacher affinity components and major characteristic.Secondly,through the questionnaire survey,it analyzes the problems of the current teachers,such as lack of affinity,lack of theoretical literacy,lack of firm political direction,lack of teaching skills,and need to improve personality charm,and analyzes the reasons.Finally,according to the current problems of moral and rule of law teachers in junior high school,five countermeasures are put forward: moral and rule of law teachers are required to constantly improve themselves to produce a strong appeal.And teachers need to enhance professional knowledge,and strengthen the persuasive theory.Then teachers are required to hone teaching skills,and enhance teaching attractiveness.Also,teachers need to strengthen the communication between teachers and students,and enhance the closeness between teachers and students.In addition,schools should promote the ability to educate people and enhance the affinity of teachers.Through these measures,moral and legal course teachers in junior high school can effectively improve their affinity and finally enhance the teaching effect. |
