| The purpose of this study is to explore the different effects of multi-directional repeated sprint and traditional single direction repeated sprint on the physical fitness of senior primary school students, and analyze the reasons for the different effects,so as to provide certain reference basis and direction for improving the physical fitness of primary school students and enriching the primary school physical education classroom practice methods in the future. This paper uses the methods of literature review and expert interview to determine the exercise content and load of the experimental group and the control group, uses the experimental method to carry out the experimental research, and uses the mathematical statistics method to analyze and sort out the experimental data.In the experimental method, this paper selects two classes of grade five and grade six,1 0 boys and 10 girls in each class,a total of 80 students as the experimental object,40 students of grade five and grade six as the experimental group for multi-directional repeated sprint practice, and another 40 students of grade five and grade six as the control group for traditional single direction repeated sprint practice. Before the experiment, the two groups of students’ basic physical condition and physical fitness indicators were tested by independent sample t test, the results were p>0.05,there was no significant difference between the two groups. In the formal experimental cycle, the experimental group and the control group were given repeated sprint exercise with an interval of 30s,and the sprint time of each group was 10s,8 groups in the basic week of 1-4 weeks,10 groups in the strengthening week of 5-8 weeks, and 12 groups in the improvement week of 9-12 weeks. The difference between the two groups is that the experimental group is a multi-directional repeated sprint under the guidance of visual signal, while the control group is a single direction repeated sprint. The experimental period of this study is 14 weeks, including 2 weeks of pre experiment,12 weeks of formal experiment,3 times a week of practice. After the end of the experiment, through the analysis of the data, the following conclusions are drawn:(1)Repeated sprint is a short-term and high-intensity exercise, which can produce profound stimulation to students’ skeletal muscle and nervous system in a short time, improve students’ energy supply ability of phosphogen and glycolysis,so as to quickly improve the physical quality of senior primary school students.(2)In standing long jump,30s high leg raising,50m running, simple reaction time,50m running × 8.In the Nebraska sensitivity test and sitting forward flexion, the indexes of the multi-directional repeated sprint group were significantly improved after the experiment except the sitting forward flexion index; The simple reaction time,Nebraska sensitivity test and sit flexion items in the single direction repeated sprint group were not significantly improved, while the other indexes were significantly increased. This shows that the two training methods can promote the physical quality of senior primary school students in different degrees.(3)When practicing sprint in multi-directional repeated sprint, students will face more complex sprint environment.Through adapting to the changes of external environment caused by the change of direction, the effect is more significant in promoting students’ simple reaction time and Nebraska sensitivity test scores, and the effect is more obvious in promoting students’ displacement speed in single direction repeated sprint. |
