With the reform and development of physical education in schools,under the background of the integration of physical education,the country and society have put forward new requirements for physical education teachers in primary and secondary schools:PE teachers should promote students to "enhance their physique and improve their personality" in physical activities.On the Internet,the professional image of physical education teachers in primary and secondary schools has been "stigmatized".Before the deep influence of new media communication,people’s cognition of the professional image of primary and secondary school physical education teachers was mostly shaped by mass media,and few physical education teachers’ subjective consciousness participation and emotional attitude expression were found,which deepened people’s stereotype of primary and secondary school physical education teachers and hindered the development of school physical education.After entering the era of "We Media",Kuaishou has brought every individual the opportunity to voice and provided a space allowing individuals to construct themselves,which has become a new place for physical education teachers in primary and secondary schools to present their professional images.Physical education teachers in primary and secondary schools present different professional images in Kuaishou according to their views on their careers.Physical education teachers’ professional cognition affects the development of school physical education,so it is particularly important to study the professional images of physical education teachers in Kuaishou.Under the theoretical perspective of self-presentation,this study in order to quickly in the primary and secondary school physical education teachers account as the research object,through the "virtual" field observation method,text analysis and depth interview method,trying to explore the primary and secondary school physical education teachers in it is hand beneath the professional image types and their motivation,to spy out the primary and secondary school physical education teachers about his career cognitive level,To constantly promote career development;At the same time,we should also show the professional level of physical education teachers in primary and secondary schools to the public and try to reverse the stereotype of physical education teachers’ career.The research found that through the content analysis of the self-presentation behavior of primary and middle school physical education teachers in Kuaishou through "appearance"(set nickname,portrait and personal introduction)and "behavior"(release of works and interaction with others),four types of professional image presented by primary and middle school physical education teachers in Kuaishou are summarized:"Sports knowledge and skills impart","class and grade work manager","school physical education teaching reformer","school sports culture spirit leader".These four professional images reflect the professional slope of PE teachers in primary and secondary schools and reflect the gradual professional development of their professional images.In primary and secondary school physical education teachers professional image behind myself,"sports knowledge and skills of teaching" image is the result of physical education teachers focus on professional survival this my motivation,"of the class and grade work of managers" image,"the school physical education teaching reformers" image is the result of physical education teachers broaden the career path of self motivation,The image of "the leader of school sports culture spirit" originates from the superego motive of physical education teachers’professional self-renewal.Primary and secondary school physical education teachers in the hands of fast occupational identity construction,this paper will be divided into primary and secondary school physical education teachers professional development of the four stages,namely,strives for the survival stage,consolidate stage,update stage and mature stage,the study found that most of fast worker is still in the primary and secondary school physical education teachers strives for the survival stage,and there is a certain status for passive and confused.Primary and middle school physical education teachers should make use of the platform to shape their self-image consciously and construct their professional identity from different stages of teacher career development.At present,lifelong physical education has become the basic direction of school physical education reform.In the future,physical education teachers in primary and secondary schools should take the initiative to use social media platforms to get a deep understanding of national sports policies and guidelines,improve their professional cognition,try to narrow the distance between themselves and their career goals,and strive to become instructors of students’ lifelong healthy sports lifestyle.
