Teachers are the foundation and source of education.Teacher image can be said to be the most intuitive and vivid education means for education students,and it is an important medium for education implementation.As the external manifestation of the overall image,the explicit image of the physical education teacher is the visual aesthetic feeling of the students,and it is an intangible charisma to attract students to participate in physical exercise.Of primary school physical education teachers lack explicit image connotation,manifestation,cause and improvement measures to make preliminary discussion,set a good example for primary school students,in order to establish a high reputation and affinity of elementary school physical education teachers team.In this paper,using interview method,classroom observation and case analysis,with the explicit image of elementary school physical education teachers as the research object,according to research needs,gender,age,education,urban and rural areas as selected on the basis of respectively from shihezi city,liaocheng city development zone,dongchangfu regions selected eight primary school physical education teachers as the object of investigation.Explicit image analysis of the primary school physical education teachers the manifestation of anomie,to explore the image anomie explicit analysis of elementary school physical education teachers,put forward countermeasures and Suggestions,trying to improve the image of the current primary school physical education teachers explicit anomie phenomenon.Study found: elementary school physical education teachers explicit image anomie performance in terms of:(1)the grooming,male and female physical education teachers,compared to male teachers dress more conform to the requirements,female teachers is relatively pay attention to the standardization of dress.The difference between older PE teachers and younger PE teachers is not obvious.At the educational level,there is little difference.Compared with PE teachers in urban and suburban schools,urban teachers pay more attention to the dressing of appearance and appearance.(2)in terms of teaching manners,a physical education teacher repeatedly appeared in a class.When students made mistakes in their actions or discipline problems,he pointed his index finger at the students and shouted at them loudly.There are two PE teachers' demonstration actions with randomness,which do not take the students' actual situation into full consideration.The rest of the PE teachers performed well without any obvious irregularities.(3)there was no significant difference in language expression between male and female PE teachers.At the educational level,the language expression ability of graduate degree is good,and the difference between undergraduate degree and specialty is small.The difference in teaching age and regional level is small.The reasons for the anomie are as follows :(1)the individual reasons for the anomie of teachers' explicit image,i.e.the low sense of professional identity;Lack of teacher imageconsciousness;Teachers are not reflective enough in teaching.(2)the root of the system of teachers' explicit image irregularity,the lack of effective supervision and management mechanism,the imperfect evaluation and assessment system,etc.;(3)the social conditions for teachers to display abnormal images,namely the social stereotype and the "secondary status" of the social image of physical education teachers,etc.On anomie causes,from the following three improvement measures are put forward: first,the teacher wants to improve its own professional identity from,improve moral accomplishment,improve the teachers' knowledge structure,strengthening the teaching reflection from four aspects to strengthen individual moral accomplishment;Secondly improve the teachers' explicit image evaluation system,establishing teachers' explicit image supervision system,establish and improve the teachers' explicit image rewards mechanism,standardize the schools for teachers' explicit image training system to improve the internal environment;Finally,the society pays more attention to the living conditions of physical education teachers and strengthens the publicity of social public opinion to create a good social environment for the construction of teachers' morality.
