| Teacher professional identification is the positive attitude of the individual teacher related to the profession.Teachers of different subjects have different levels of recognition of the profession due to their subject characteristics.Physical education teachers are the foundation of the reform and development of physical education,and the exploration of the professional identity of physical education teachers can better understand the professional psychological state of physical education workers.This research is divided into two parts.The first study explores the characteristics of primary and secondary school teachers’ explicit professional identity,and uses a convenient sampling method to issue a teacher’s professional identity scale to 477 primary and secondary school teachers in different disciplines in Beijing.Understand the explicit professional identity of physical education teachers in primary and secondary schools,and conduct a comparative analysis of the explicit professional identity of physical education and non-sports primary and secondary school teachers.The second study explores the relationship between implicit and explicit professional identity of physical education teachers in elementary and middle schools.The singletype implicit association test(SC-IAT)and questionnaire survey were used to test 69 primary and middle school physical education teachers in Beijing.The experimental conclusions are as follows:1.The professional identity level of primary and middle school physical education teachers is higher than the theoretical median,but there are differences in different dimensions of professional identity.2.There is no significant difference in the grade,gender,and whether or not they graduated from a normal school for the professional identity of primary and middle school physical education teachers and their scores in four dimensions.3.The professional behavior tendency of physical education teachers of 1-2 years of teaching age is significantly lower than that of physical education teachers of 8-10 years and more than 10 years.4.The professional behavior tendency and professional sense of belonging of physical education teachers with a bachelor degree or below are significantly higher than those of primary and middle school physical education teachers with a graduate degree or above.5.The professional behavior tendency score of the second-level title physical education teacher is significantly lower than that of the first-level title physical education teacher.6.There are differences in the school level,gender,and professional title of the professional identity of the teachers in the physical education and non-sports primary and secondary schools.7.There are no inter-disciplinary differences in the influence of teaching age,educational background,and whether or not normal school graduation has on the professional identity of primary and secondary school teachers.8.The implicit professional identity of physical education teachers in elementary and middle schools is generally more negative;9.There is no significant difference in the implicit professional identity of physical education teachers in elementary and middle schools on demographic variables such as gender and school period.10.The implicit and explicit professional identities of physical education teachers in elementary and middle schools are relatively independent,and their psychological mechanisms are different. |
