Research On The Grid-based Governance In Z Street Of W County

This article explores how to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of social governance based on the requirements of the 20 th National Congress to establish and improve a social governance system of co-construction,co-governance,and sharing.It proposes the strategy of "multiple governance led by party building with the greater role played by small grid",to build a new social governance pattern of co-governance and sharing.Through research,this article finds that grassroots grid governance plays a very important role in community management,and reasonable governance of grassroots grid can maximize the function of community governance and fully mobilize the enthusiasm and initiative of residents.Therefore,how to reasonably enhance the level of grassroots grid governance,especially the governance capacity of grassroots communities,is particularly important.This article takes WS County Z Street as the research object and introduces the difficulties and challenges faced by the region in practice of grid governance model.Through in-depth investigation and analysis,it was found that there is insufficient awareness of community residents’ participation in grid governance in this region,the information platform construction is not perfect,there are institutional imperfections and inadequate grassroots information technology in the grid member team,and there are limited participation ways and channels for residents.In response to these problems,this article conducts cause analysis from multiple perspectives including grid member team construction,digital information platform construction,resident participation mechanism improvement,and governance funds.To solve these problems,this article proposes corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.Firstly,it needs to build a service community and strengthen cooperation between government,enterprises,social organizations,and residents to improve the efficiency and quality of public services.Secondly,it needs to refine the responsibilities of each grid subject to clarify the responsibilities and roles of each subject and achieve optimal resource allocation.Thirdly,it needs to improve the coordination mechanism for integrating community resources to coordinate the overall situation and achieve effective integration and reasonable allocation of resources.Finally,it needs to build a consultation and cooperation mechanism to solve differences and problems through equal consultation and win-win cooperation to achieve common development.This article’s research indicates that in order to innovate grassroots social governance models and solve the "urgent problems" of residents,it is necessary to implement the strategy of "multiple governance led by party building with greater roles played by small grid".Through the application of digital governance and fine governance methods,combined with integrated and coordinated thinking,it can achieve improved grassroots grid governance levels and improved grassroots community governance capabilities.This can not only improve the efficiency and effectiveness of social governance but also provide strong support for improving grassroots urban community governance and service levels.
