With the reform of national economic system and political system,urban community governance in China has made great achievements after more than 20 years of exploration,and has made considerable progress in management system,governance mode and governance methods.However,economic development and progress have also brought great pressure and challenges to traditional social governance methods.On the one hand,society is far behind.The situation is becoming more and more complex,social structure is unbalanced,norms are out of order and ethics are out of order.On the other hand,the disadvantages of the traditional urban community management model,such as outmoded concept,rigid system and poor mechanism,are gradually exposed.The traditional urban community management model has been unable to adapt to the new situation.Faced with the difficult problem of urban community governance,in the context of the advent of the information age and the development of digital community,Urban Community Grid governance emerged as a new type of grass-roots governance model,which has been applied and promoted in many cities in China as a typical model.Under the vigorous advocacy of the state and with the strong support of the government,relying on the information technology platform,all parts of the country have gradually promoted the grid construction of urban community governance and achieved certain governance results.It has changed the past situation of fragmentation,streamlined and optimized business processes,innovated service management operation mechanism,improved the quality of services provided to community residents,and brought them closer to home.The relationship between the people,but the current urban community grid governance is not perfect,there are still some problems in the process of operation.This paper hopes to explore the existing problems through the analysis of several typical grid governance of the National Urban Community Grid governance,and find out the feasible improvement measures. |
